I ate my first Popeyes? sandwich, and it was all over after that. I found myself starstruck by the delicious culinary fast-food... masterpiece. The sandwich was unlike anything I had the privilege of consuming; to say it is perfect may be an overstatement,but I cannot find other words to describe what it was that I had just eaten. The sandwich near-perfectly balanced the crispinessof the breading, the tender juiciness of the chicken, and the flavor-filled spices. No part over-powered the other, nor was anypart lacking. I felt lost; for years, I was a loyal and outspoken customer of Chick-fil-a, yet I found myself being seduced bythe tempting tastes of Popeyes. Oh my! The lines of course were long and moving slow. I did a mobile order here. When I got to the window I told the lady I have... a mobile order. Then she asked if I had a coupon for my order ????. I also did a separate window order for my sister. We bothordered fries and mash for out boxes. We get to the window the lady quickly told us they were out of mash so she replaced itwith red beans and rice which was fine. We paid got our food and drove off. Before we completely left the parking lot o wantedto separate my box because I bought a meal for me and someone else. The fries were very hot and very crispy. As me and my sistersearched both of our boxes, we noticed both of our orders were missing biscuits. Two each from the boxes. There were NO biscuitsat all. You would have thought since they told us they were out of mash they would have relayed the same for the biscuits. Wedecided to just take the loss and get in the road for our hour drive back home. To forget biscuits? Not 1 but 4 in 2 separateorders they know they were wrong for that. Read more

Absolutely horrible experience! I placed an online order and when i went to pick up the order the store was closed due to a... storm that was approaching. While i understand that things happen, the staff handled it in an incrediblly unprofessional way. Isaw there were people inside and knocked asking them what i should do regarding my order. They keep yelling at me we are closedand didn't even try to hear what I had to say. A woman sweeping the floor finally opened the door and was the ONLY one thatseemed to even care. The "managers" told me it wasn't their problem. The 800 was helpful and i am waiting on my refund for the$31 order. The corporate office should definitely update the app so the stores can let people know when they are closed. Thewoman sweeping should replace that terrible manager. She at least seems to understand empathy and customer service. Read more

This has to be the most funky, low down, treacherous, scary, exploitive, and mismanaged place I have ever visited. The employees... are a poor representation of our community and present to have no interest in providing or gaining customer service skills. Thefood is also poorly prepared. I wouldn?t be surprised if I ate a deep fried cockroach (I?ll still eat it tho bc I love Popeyes).For example, I was asked to pull up by a trash can to wait for my fries (no vehicles behind me) and once I got my food, thefries were placed at loose in the bottom of the bag. I am very disappointed and I demand this Popeyes franchise does better. Whydo we have to choose to pay .30 cents more for a drink because you do not have regular cups ? Then have the audacity to tell mea sweet heat is .27 cents extra. Flabbergasted and appalled. Nevertheless, I will return because the chicken sandwich is to diefor. Read more

Staff is always rude, waits for the customer to initiate the order, rolling eyes when I ask how much is my order at the window... and I wasn?t told just stared at to pay no communication. WORST PART is this is a small neighborhood and they are never busy. This is a terrible location. I hate that it's the closest to where I live. Today's experience really took the cake. There was a... man that was trying to pick up an Uber order. The manager was sitting out in the restaurant doing paper work. I saw the man notonly wait about 30 minutes to be helped, but was so disrespected by not only the employees but also the manager. After all thewaiting I did (obviously I was waiting 30 minutes as well) they also short my order and wouldn't answer the phone after I gothome and found out. This location is habitually sub-par. I love the food. But even that is inconsistent. They are almost always out of sandwiches.... They take forever in the drive-thru on purpose to save ticket times. You pull up to the window and I timed over 6 minutes onmore than one occasion. Meanwhile people walk in and out of the establishment. If you can avoid the wait, go else where. Read more

(minus the tiny two tenders, because I was more focused on the popcorn shrimp).
