Food was good but spent about 4 minutes sitting at the drive-thru just for someone to come and say "I will be right with you". I... thought it was not working. No one was at the line ahead of me nor was the lobby busy. At least say that line when I got to thespeaker area instead of 4 to 5 minutes waiting and wondering if the speaker and mic are working at the drive-thru. It happenedthe last two times I went there. Unbelievable. I would leave 0 stars if I could. Started with staff that was rude and agitated. Acted as if I was bothering her.... The tables were not clean enough to sit down and eat. It was 1:45pm. Last time they get my business. Shame. Management is out tolunch?and it?s not at Popeyes! Dump!!! So easy to at least wipe tables and greet your customers.. Read more

Food is great, when you do get. The wait however is atrocious, as is the attitude of some of the employees. If chick fil a... could manage the service, and not touch the recipes. That would be great. Read more

I absolutely hate that I love Popeyes. I have a bad experience everytime I come to one. I tried to avoid that this time by... ordering ahead through that app. I opted to pick up through the drive thru....when I drive up, I was informed that the drivethru was closed. Nothing on the app indicated this and there was no sign at the drive thru. So now I have to pull all the wayback around and get into the dine in line...which I was trying to avoid by ordering through the app!!! Delicious food...frustrating experience Read more

If I could give them a 0 star I would. I have tried to order food there multiple times and there is always a problem. I am never... able to get my food. Today the manager said they did not have chicken... after a long wait in the line just for them to say theydon't have chicken. This is the worst service/restaurant ever. Good and fresh af! Sometimes when eating out and after making and receiving the order, if it is not prepared as the time before... or the reason for my return it makes me want to ask for my money back or a discount or to redo it. That's not the case here. Theoccasional times I have visited this location the food is always fresh out of the grease fresh! Keep it up! Always satisfied.Here's five more stars.????? Read more

Left picture: is skin, no meat. Just skin. Right picture: chicken wasn't edible. Felt old. You probably could replace your tire,... with this rubber. Fries were soggy. 2 out of the 3 biscuits were hard as rocks. Im not from here so i had no idea,where i got itfrom because i wasn't giving a receipt. STAY AWAY FROM THIS ONE HERE. Read more
