Unbelievable. I would leave 0 stars if I could. Started with staff that was rude and agitated. Acted as if I was bothering her.... The tables were not clean enough to sit down and eat. It was 1:45pm. Last time they get my business. Shame. Management is out tolunch?and it?s not at Popeyes! Dump!!! So easy to at least wipe tables and greet your customers.. Read more

I absolutely hate that I love Popeyes. I have a bad experience everytime I come to one. I tried to avoid that this time by... ordering ahead through that app. I opted to pick up through the drive thru....when I drive up, I was informed that the drivethru was closed. Nothing on the app indicated this and there was no sign at the drive thru. So now I have to pull all the wayback around and get into the dine in line...which I was trying to avoid by ordering through the app!!! Delicious food...frustrating experience Read more
If I could give them a 0 star I would. I have tried to order food there multiple times and there is always a problem. I am never... able to get my food. Today the manager said they did not have chicken... after a long wait in the line just for them to say theydon't have chicken. This is the worst service/restaurant ever. Horrible they got idiots working there. Read more

Food was good but spent about 4 minutes sitting at the drive-thru just for someone to come and say "I will be right with you". I... thought it was not working. No one was at the line ahead of me nor was the lobby busy. At least say that line when I got to thespeaker area instead of 4 to 5 minutes waiting and wondering if the speaker and mic are working at the drive-thru. It happenedthe last two times I went there.
