First time and this restaurant. An really this gonna be the last, start with the cashier with the worst customer service. Second... most of the tables are dirty and inestable to eat. We switch 2 times for that. Other we order the grill trio and plantains. Theribs was all bones and not meat At all, the chicken was overcook. Rice & beans no flavor. My husband ask for the cilantrodressing. And the girl was giving 2 only when we are 4 persons in the table! The serving was all mess and throwing in the traylike whatever. I asked you for an exact quantity of sauces, but you decided to write down something else and then you get angry when Iask for the right amount of sauces; the you gave unprofessional attitude towards myself and towards your co-workers. The service attitudes and food has all gone downhill. I was told I had to get the sides it came even though I said an up charge... was fine they said no. November 8th, 2022 at 2:40pm. The cashier has zero customer service skills. She doesn?t say ?next guest? You just stand there... until she looks at you like you?re bothering her. Then she blurts out ?for here to go?? While you?re greeting her. Then if youask any questions she answers extremely quite and fast.
