Planta is a beautiful restaurant as you can see in the photos. I stopped by and had a drink then realized the place my friend... and I were meeting was actually on the second floor. The food here is all plant based so make sure you know that beforehand.While I didn't try the food, the decor is amazing. I came here with some vegan friends I liked where this place was located. It was very bright and well lit. Our server wasn't the... best and he sounded like he didn't wanted to be there. And they were out of a lot of the things my friends order. I have to saythat the sushi was my favorite it taste it like the real deal. The burger wasn't the best. The pizza's were yummy and the pastawas very spicy, the salads were good too. The cartoon drink shown on the picture taste it a bit like a piña colada. I might notcome back here since it wasn't my style of food but if you are vegan or into healthy meals this will be a fantastic option foryou. Read more

Awesome vegan resto! Love that its high end so its wonderful for date night but prices are definitely reasonable for the quality... of the dishes and ingredients so its good for any night as well! Ambiance is awesome and service was great! They also hadwonderful wine selections! Cant wait to come back and try more dishes! Id also love to bring non-vegans because I know they’dlove it too! We have visited this place previously and had wonderful experience. Our server was Roman with very attentive and pleasant... personality. He helped us to navigate the menu since it was our first time and explained how everything works. So we ravesabout Planta to our friends and invited them to join us next time. The second time around it wasn’t as fabulous. The veggieburger was 86. But that’s ok, it’s not a big deal when some items are missing from the menu. It’s the approach thatmatters. The missing items need to be announced at the moment when the guest receives the menu, either by a host or, at least,when the server approaches the table for the first time. In our case, our server (I can’t remember his name, I believe it wassome combination of initials) came to greet us, allowed us to browse through the menu, came back with drinks, checked in fewtimes. Although too casual but pleasant. And only when we already made our selections, we were told that the burger was notavailable. Bummer! At this point it is kind of late, don’t you think? The consistency is key in any successful business,especially restaurant. It takes good management to achieve that. Seems that Planta needs an improvement in this area. The foodis wonderful however. Really feels that the chef puts its heart and soul into these creations, and we will be back to try more! Read more

Yummy and creative vegan food! We ordered off the brunch menu. I really liked their take on shakshuka, the sauce was very creamy... and the fritters were delicious! The dish comes with sourdough flat bread which pairs well with the sauce. The french toast hadreally good flavor but after a while it does get tougher to chew lol. I will definitely return and try their cocktails and sushioptions! Read more

I have no words (except that I have a lot of words… but goddam!) this was our second time here in two weeks. Everything... we’ve tried was phenomenal. We had the dragon roll sushi, the bang bang broccoli (my fave, I had this both times) the bad buns(there’s 1 per order but we ordered two) the cauliflower tots, the lettuce rolls and the habibi bowl. The fried Brusselsprouts with the lettuce rolls were 10/10! They should be their own appetizer! Our server was Dylan and he was so great! Allhis recommendations were super tasty. Nice remodeled restaurant at City Place (location used to be Panera Bread). Vegan Restaurant which you don’t realize it’s... vegan until you read the ingredients in the dishes. Service is really good. Food was good but not too many options to pick fromthe menu. The Fully Loaded Nachos were big and tasty. The Planta Burger was a little below our expectations. Drinks are awesomeand the outside bar is really nice. As mentioned before I only wish the menu had a little more options. For sure I will visitthe outside bar again. Read more

Beautiful decor and aesthetic. Came in with a friend on a walk-by in City Place. The lady at the reception area was kind enough... to offer us a booth, even thought it's by appointment only. We got in 10 minutes before dinner. We were handed lunch specialsmenus, but the waiter that served us told us unfortunately it was dinner time after we waited a few minutes to be seen and hadour menus switched to the dinner special. Understandable... The price range was a big jump. But I imagine it was due to the factportion sizes are bigger for dinner. The food was delicious, the staff was kind. My friends meal did take a bit of time, but thewaitress was kind enough to give her a complimentary refill of her drink. All in all will definitely come back to try the lunchspecials next time. ?
