I?m so upset that I placed an order of 2 medium pizzas and when I arrived, this place was closed. It says you guys are closed at... 12am and I placed my order at 10:38pm and I got there around 11:05pm. A young lady from the store calls my phone from the storeat 11:32pm asking if I was going to pick up the pizza and i told her, you guys were closed when I arrived and she literally justsaid ?ok I?m sorry? and then hung up. I went back to get the pizza but I ended up declining at the last minute because I wassuper hungry and now I didn?t have an appetite, I?m just curious to what?s going on, she claim that she was in the back washingdishes and that?s why she locked the door and I?m not sure if that?s what?s really going on because at first she pretended likeshe didn?t know what I was talking about. Where do I start... The order arrived and was missing the wings. When I called, I was placed on hold for 10 mins. I hung up and... called back. I was then told they would send the wings to me asap. They never came. My friend became very sick after consumingher pizza, or bread sticks. Not certain how the manager is still employed at this store. Probably the last time I ever orderfrom Pizza Hut. Worst pizza we?ve ever eaten. When I placed the order, it gave an approximate time of 30 minutes. After an hour and the tracker... still saying ?making,? I tried calling the store for nearly 45 minutes. The only two times I got someone to answer, I was hungup on. Not only did it take almost 2 hours for our food, but when it arrived, the sauce container was smashed, leaving sauce allover the top of one box. The cheese pizza was burnt so bad, it was brown. The other two pizzas were almost raw on the bottom,looked like the toppings had just been thrown on after partially cooking, and both pizzas were slid to one side as if they werecarried sideways. All pizza/breadsticks/mozzarella sticks were cold. I will absolutely not be ordering from Pizza Hut again. Read more
Are you kidding me! The pizza was soggy and Cold, I will order from Pizza Hut down the road and pick it up from now on. After... the pizza being in their warmer for 45 min the driver got it and my receipt said extra cheese on all which is what I ordered,there wasn't extra cheese on my side. I'm lucky I had any cheese at all. Now I'm going to Arby's to get some food. Read more
My pizza took an hour and fourty-five mins to come. It had no pan edges, the edges wore tore off by whoever took it out. The... bread was soggy and ever time i called the store (3x) I was placed on hold and hung up on shortly after. Read more
Sigh where to begin. Ordered delivery, the pizza came of course it was the wrong order. After calling the woman over the phone... greated me with a tune suggesting I made the mistake. She said she will have the delivery driver bring me another one. Afterwaiting an hour I called back she stated the pizza was ready and she was waiting for the driver to return. Another hour passedno pizza so I go to the store she claims the driver was pulled over by the police and just left with my pizza. So now I had towait for another pizza to be made. Waste of time and money. We gave this location a second chance. Ordered two pictures. Pizza 1 ordered was thin crust, pepperoni,... mushrooms, and onions. We received a very tough crust, over-cooked hand tossed. The second pizza was ordered was a pan pizzawith Italian sausage, green peppers, and onions. We received a tough crust over-baked hand tossed pizza. The toppings werecorrect but very little topping and very little sauce. Both pizzas were inedible!!! Corporate owners, Yum Brands, should closethis store or take the franchise from the local owner! It is a bad representation of the Pizza Hut brand! Read more
Placed an online order for delivery. Waited over an hour. When we finally got someone on the phone, they said they had canceled... the order and tried to call me back. Never called, and of course took the money for the online order. Extremely dissatisfied. Read more
