We drive an hour to this place every often and since they changed management they never have tajadas or tortilla!! When I asked... them their excuse is ohh sorry we ran out!!! How ?? It?s basic food that ppl always go and gets there it?s part of the meal?.But If you asked them for a discount since the meal is not completed they immediately jump. Love fritanga spots (Nica Spanish food) and the craving was satisfied but I?ve had better. The gallo pinto was good y la carne... was good as well. Nothing over the top. Great service and they have a mini mart with cheeses and native items. Read more

5 stars go to this Nicaraguan Fritanga. Awesome food, don?t leave w/out trying the carne asada completa, it is their signature... dish. For $15 you get plenty of Gallo Pinto rice, Sweet Plantains, and Meat. And to top it off, some fried Nicaraguan cheese.The staff is very friendly as well. Read more

I want to congratulate management for turning this place around. I visited this place about three years ago and it left so much... to be desired back then. The kindest word I can use to describe the restaurant back then is "Unkept", and that's beingextremely nice. They have done a 180 degree turn. The place is now clean, the tables are sparkly clean, the floors are clean,the food is well arranged and placed behind a glass counter and there aren't clouds of smoke flooding the place as there used tobe. The food portions were very appropriate and the food was much improved. I can finally recommend going to this place forNicaraguan fare. Read more

The carne asada with gallo pinto was great. It was accompanied with fried cheese and maduro. Wife had the same but the meat was... beef stew with potatoes. And the Milca red soda 1st time trying was very cold and refreshing. Read more

Great food I love to eat there the only thing that keeps this restaurant from a 5 star it's their owners/managers and some... employees they have a horible attitude with everything. Only one person who works there have great attitude, and that's the oldsweet lady. Read more
