Very disappointing and angering service. I pulled into the drive-through at 11:57am headed to work which I had to be there by... 1:20am. Anyway by the time I made it to the window it was 1:12 AM and I was so disappointed. My fries were soggy and lukewarm,my burger was barely hot, my sprite ended up being a club soda because obviously the machine was out, and no receipt. For thetime that I spent waiting I expected better service and better quality food and drink. I walked into the establishment...I was ignored for about 10min, until a customer that clearly was a "regular" appeared. "Anna"... quickly ran to the register to happily greeted HIM and she recall his "regular" items...I don't expect A+ service...but toblantinly be disrespectful is NOT OK!!!! 2am So after I went to the Okeechobee and jog location and was told the system was down came to this location. Well guess what... we only mc chickens an 10 piece nuggets and fries. Nothing else! Not even fountain drinks ice tea or anything else on our menu.We have water i get told. Like what is this? What's going on McDonald's??? Completely unreal and ridiculous. Went on drive thru after work and the guy was nice at taking the order but the girl on the second window was so rude and when i... got my food she wouldn?t give me bbq sauce for the nuggets and food was missing I usually check before leaving but I was sootired and eager to home I live all the way in boynton and I call more than 6 times and no one pick ups the phone I have order 3double cheeseburger extra onios no pickle with a small and a large fry and a kids meal and also 4 pc on the side with a spriteI got everything minus a double cheeseburger extra onios no pickle which was mines because there other food food was for thekids and no one answer.. they didnt do anything worse services guess there a first time for everything Read more

At first, I was really impressed with this McDonald?s. It was extremely clean. However, I was sitting outside in my car, eating... breakfast and this black woman who was sweeping comes out the side door and hocks a Lougee, and then uses her fingers to pushone side of her nose to blow all the snot out of one side of her nose, and she saw me sitting there eating and she did not care.Needless to say it was a really good experience at the McDonald?s but that really ruined my appetite and on top of it I didn?tsee her go in and go right to the bathrooms to wash her hands she just kept sweeping.
