FAST SERVICE, GREAT STAFF MR SUNSHINE EDDY SHIPEK LOVES YOU ALL!!!
We order pizza weekly in the evening at this location and it is great. Today at 1:11pm we ordered lunch for the first time: two... pizzas and Italian cheese bread. We ordered well done and our pizzas came out barely cooked. When we asked the employee to cookthem more she responded with an attitude that they are well done and that is it. Not a care in the world, total disregard forcustomers and empathy. I feel bad for the owner as we will not be returning due to this uncalled for behavior, s/he needs toterminate this employee immediately. Does this look well done? Read more

I called in ahead to place my order. The employee that took my call was both professional and friendly. She spoke in a clear... voice and made sure to repeat my order back to me. The only problem was that they were out of thin crust at that time so, afterapologizing,she recommended another option which is now my new favorite. She suggested add-ons like I suspect they force you toask but she seemed sincere about it and didn't sound phony when pushing the items. They let me know my order would be ready in15 minutes. It was. When I arrived at the store everything within my sight looked clean. Most importantly nobody looked upsetthat I was one of those customers that orders within 45 minutes of closing. Altogether I had a good experience despite nothaving the thin crust I was still happy with her suggestion to replace it. Read more
