I passed by and order through drive thru yesterday Feb, 21 at 4pm. Ordered two chicken littles. Ate one and only thing I notice... was bread was stale and not as soft as usual. Didn?t pay no mind to it. Went ahead and opened second chicken little andimmediately notice a dot on the bread which I recognized quickly. It was a mold spore growing on the bread. I was instantlydisgusted. This is not only nasty but it completely unsafe. I called corporate and waited hours to no response. Left a review ontheir website hoping someone would call me back because I?m completely concerned about other peoples health. Not only will Icontact the city but I will contact Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation. It is probably partly my fault but still. I used there new app to order ahead. When I went to pick up 20+ minutes later my order... was still not complete. Anyways the only still packed was my sides. I specifically asked by name if all my sides were there. Shesaid absolutely I packed them. So instead of verifying it by myself I took her word for it and went home. Mistake, I was missing2 sides. We come here every once in a while as we live nearby. The food is always good but, no matter if we walk in or go to the drive... thru, there is always something wrong with our order. One time, they forgot a sandwich we ordered. A few weeks ago we orderedthe 10 piece feast and got 8 pieces of chicken instead of 10 which we didn't notice until we got home and served ourselves. This last time, we got the same thing but we ordered dark meat and got mixed instead and they forgot to give us the drink andthe cookies. On plus side, we told them about how they shorted us on the chicken the last time and they were nice enough togive us the 2 extra pieces. Read more

I went to 6/19/2021 around 2:20pm to get a Spicy Chicken Sandwich and i clearly said no pickles and they have put tons of... pickles i think the manager dont care how the employees make sandwich and they serve the customer like that clearly they justcare about hourly wage and not the quality of the food Read more

This establishment has gotten way too expensive. You can get better deals and better food at Popeyes.
