If I could rate 0 stars I would. Completely based on the poorest customer service I have ever seen. I went in to order a couple... subs, but I had been driving for a while and I really needed to use the restroom. Because there was a sign on the door andannouncing the restrooms are only for customers. I get that, no problem, so as I walked in I explained I?ll be right back, Ireally needed to use the restroom before I place my order. The man at the counter allowed me to walk by him to a lockedrestroom. I went back, asked if there was a key? He rudely said, what do you want? ready to take my order. I said I need to usethe restroom before I order. He said, I just mopped in there, the floor is wet. I again said, I really need the restroom 1st.(Btw, there was a second?employee? bathroom). He again said the floor is wet. I said, you?re kidding? Fine, keep your subs, I?llgo to another Jon Smith?s Subs. Which I did. I will never go to this location again. Read more
