Came here with the family after we ran a 5k were told we could split a sub then were told no we can't so now while the rest of... the family eats we are not they also stated they can not give just vinegar since they premix it every morning... Meaning theydo have just vinegar in the back but refuse to give a customer just vinegar if requested. This is very poor customer service. Read more
Super clean inside and felt like a brand new Jimmy John?s! Apparently the place has been around for over a year and they seem to... be doing pretty good. I believe the owner was in when I stopped by and I over heard him talking about adding more drivers fordelivery so that?s a great sign, especially during these times. I love Jimmy John's but not this location. The employees were having a semi loud animated conversation (with racial slurs) about... football teams and I had to pretty much jump in to place my order. It was clear during my time in the restaurant that theirpriority was letting the other know who the best team was and whether or not UCF were the national champions. What happened tocustomer service? After my sandwich was prepared (never repeated the order to make sure it was correct), he went to hand me thewrapped sandwich. I guess he noticed the look on my face then said, "Oh, you want a bag?" Just opened. Pretty clean. Friendly staff. Ordered the turkey no cheese added onions and pickles. Fast like they say. The first... bites had a lil anchovies fishy taste to it. Yuck. I pulled the onions off and it was then better. Read more
