I wanted to share the great experience that my sister and I had at the sub shop managed by Desmond Wilson. It has been a long... time since I had a good sub in a place that was so clean I was shocked. Desmond was just a pleasure and made us feel athome. Not only will I be back but I will come with my husband and family. It sure is nice to have a gentleman help us tounderstand the menu and help with the app on our phone. I have never written a bad review as bad as this. After waiting for over an hour for delivery of our order, we called. Ok... delivery is delayed, understandable. We?re told it?s out for delivery .. an hour later we call a second time. It?s still waitingon the counter waiting for delivery (???) wait, weren?t we told it was ?out for delivery?! Ok, enough, I?ll walk the threehundred yards to pick it up. (our host is 90yo, hence the delivery) yes there was our order sitting on the counter, twosandwiches instead of the three we ordered. ?NO? offer to return the delivery charge of $6 for the two sandwiches. Only thingoffered was a very sarcastic ?thank you? It?s not so much the two hour delay that was irritating, it?s the first lie of ?it?llbe there shortly, it?s out for delivery. Great customer Service. I struggled with the new menu changes. Instead of getting the Vito with double meat and cheese, the... cashier suggested I get the Spicy Wast Coast Italian without the spicy. He was very patient with me. This guy is in the rightjob. The sub was well made and delicious, EXACTLY how I wanted it. This location even has Dr Pepper. Read more

The very first thing I noticed when I walked into this restaurants is the smile on the employees face. Jimmy John's is not my... normal stop but I was in the area and I wanted a sub. I wasn't quite sure how the menu went so the employee was very patientwith me. The atmosphere was quite pleasant and the food was okay. I guess I like my bread softer than what Jimmy John had tooffer. So in short, the meal wasn't bad however it wasn't great either. Not to mention it was a bit pricey for my budget. Read more
Every time we go into the Jimmy John's on Okeechobee boulevard in West Palm Beach the manager is continuously cleaning and... helping people. He has a great personality and disposition and there's always very nice to everyone. Read more
