This is a good sub place. The subs are very good. The staff was helpful and friendly. Cold cuts are fresh. I got the Vito... unwrapped and it was delicious. I have seen and heard the Jimmy John's ads for years, and today, I finally downloaded the app and placed my order. Delivery was... prompt, and very efficient. The sandwiches, were friggen delicious!!! A few hours later, I placed a second order, and all I cansay is... you have a new regular customer. If I could give them a negative star I would. I called to place a delivery order, the guy on the phone was so busy rushing I had... to ask him if he wanted my name. He didn't even bother to verify my contact information. So when the delivery person supposedlyarrived her called a discontinued number that I never gave. Then the assistant manager gets on the phone on my THIRD call andsays sorry I will have someone delivery it to you right a way. Ten minutes later, I get a call the delivery guy goes to thewrong departments request for me to come meet him where he was. To add injury to insult, he then tells me my total is. Nevermind the receipt says in bold black print PAID. When I called back and asked for the manager the assistant manager tells mesorry again and he will try his best to train home for next time. Oh no sir it won't be a next time. All but maybe 15 minutes ofmy hour lunch break I spent waiting on a sandwich. I even tipped the guy. Do yourself a favor don't order from here . Read more
Terrible service. I have ordered from them for deliver a number of times. More than half the orders were missing items. Most... of the time they would simply make another trip. Today when it was delivered I was able to sit down and eat right away and wasmissing two items from my order. This was a little over an hour after being delivered I called the store and was told sorry wecan't do anything unless you place another order to which I replied simply refund the original order and charge me for what Iwas given. The assistant manager played dumb to the fact that I just gave him a reasonable solution considering the mistake. Iwould never recommend this establishment to anyone and I'm disputing the charge.
