This place is AMAZING!! The employees act like they work in Heaven. They are so happy, grateful and professional!! They always... know our order and by the time we finish paying they have it ready. Brandon acts like he?s the owner; he works from the bottomof his heart, puts his whole heart and soul into it. He runs outside to gives a person?s order to them in their car! He knows usby name and asks about our other family members when one of us doesn?t come in. Ben and David make our sandwiches exactly toorder with a huge smile on his face - every time. Have been a Jimmy John's customer at this location for 3+ years. And have always been happy. But this summer, not sure what is... happening. 4th order in a row, wrong, missing items, and they always forget my bacon - which I pay extra for. My boyfriend got the regular Vito sandwich. He said his bread was stale and hard. He said it was just ok, seemed over priced for... the quality given. I got a little john with provolone and avocado spread. I thought mine good. Had good flavor. Ordered threwthe online app, easy to use. We choose curbside pick up but no one came out so we just went in and grabbed it, not a big dealthey seemed busy and only two of them in there. Read more
I rarely post Google reviews, but walked away from this particular Jimmy John's location feeling loved and honored during these... challenging times in our world. Management has OUTSTANDING customer service skills. I had left my credit card at home in myother wallet and they graciously called my husband to get his card number over the phone to pay for our order. They made oursandwiches exactly as requested, and they were very kind throughout the entire experience. I hope everyone working at thislocation will receive a promotion either here or in their next phase in life. Wonderful people and delicious food. Read more
Their catered a business lunch. They have a Mini Jimmy which is an assortment of 24 half sandwiches individually wrapped.... Unfortunately they were numbered but there wasn't a key to tell what type of sandwich was which. Also included were chips andcookies. The sandwiches were small and just ok. Read more
