While at work, I ordered a large pepperoni pizza from Jay's pizza for delivery. As I normally do during the weekends. As a bit... of a warning, I believe that their customers should really pay attention to their credit card charges from Jay's pizza. Thedelivery drivers, I'm assuming think they deserve more of a tip than what the customers give them. The day after my delivery, Inoticed through my banking app, that the charge was incorrect. They added more money on for their tip. Not sure how that canhappen when you write the total amount after tip.. So how many other people has this happened too. The manager offered for me tocome in to the restaurant and get the few dollars back that was overcharged or tell them over the phone the next time that Iplace an order (if I order from the again). In my opinion, as someone whose been in the customer service field for over 25years, what they should have offered was to refund the whole amount of my meal or offer me a complimentary meal the next time Iorder. We have been going to Jay's for years and they make the best pizza in the area. After moving from New York we wer disappointed... by many of the local pizza offerings. When a fellow NY transplant recommended Jay's I decided to check them out and I'm so gladI did. The crust is thin and crisp but not too hard and sharp. They don't skimp on the cheese, sauce, or toppings. I love theirTuesday deal and take advantage of it probably more often than we should. The owners and staff are all incredibly friendly. Weoften order a 2nd pizza with light sauce for a family memory with a mild tomato allergy and they always make sure to mark it andreview the pies when we pick up so we know which has light sauce. Their tomato sauce is great. Their pasta dishes, Philly sub,and wings are also delish. Bonus for local teachers, they will honor their Tuesday deal every weekday if you're ordering foryour class. Had a big party for my high schoolers once and they loved the food. Said they'd never had such amazing pizza andwings. Read more
Now I'm from NY and I gotta admit, this is the best pizza in Palm Beach County hands down. I love location and the convenience... of them always delivering to the pool. The pizza is good, good sauce. The garlic cheese bread is actually the best I've ever had, and I've been eating cheese garlic... bread a long time! The only downside for me is Pepsi products, ???? but will not keep me from returning. Read more
I absolutely love this place. My first experience with Jays pizza I had a cheese pizza and wings. You can always judge a place... by how good their cheese pizza is... they did not disappoint. The wings where crispy,meaty and perfect amount of sauce.I made adecision to be vegan about a year ago and really missed having pizza. I visited Jays pizza craving a pie and explained my newdiet and they did not hesitate to accommodate my vegan pizza needs! They created a pie just for me adding the delicious garlicoil from their garlic knots (also a must have) and a healthy portion of fresh veggies! It made me almost forget how delicioustheir regular pizzas are... almost. The combination of friendly staff and delicious pizza keeps me coming back at least once aweek. I highly recommend Jays Pizza. My only suggestion would be to name their new vegan Pizza after me. Read more
Stopped for lunch on our way to the Big Dog rescue ranch. They have lunch specials. I love pizza and got the 2 slices and a... fountain soda for $5. The pizza was ok. Thin crust. Read more
