This location has sadly gone downhill probably since COVID... The food is still ok but the place is super dark now like they are... trying to save on electricity, didn't feel safe outside, and didn't feel 100% clean... This time however the service, the youngwaitress was absolutely amazing, probably the best we ever had... And she banked on it because we reward people who deserveit... Why can't they all be like that and make extra money is the real tragedy although I realize there are lots of poor orstingy people who don't reward them so eventually even she might not caring, who knows. Extremely horrible, came into their restaurant around 11:20 didn?t get my food until 12? not to mention I asked for a medium... well sirloin tips, but they came back charred!!! Read more
The scrambled eggs were cold & wet. The hash browns were dry and tasted like freezer burn. The coffee was the worst coffee I've... ever tasted. Anna our waitress was great! This experience was a complete waste of money and time. IHop do better. Stop servingthose fake hash browns and serve people real potatoes. Service is very, very bad. Servers arguing about tables. No straws, no milk, low creamers for coffee. Very disappointed. This is... a problem then starts from management and ownership and manifested in the staff. I think IHOP corporate needs to better evaluatetheir chain stores. Perhaps the city needs to be involved as this is also reflected of the city and county. Food came "cold." Ican safely say that I will pass on to the entire group to go eat somewhere else. I expect a response immediately for why thisstore is so poorly managed. Remember that you can purchase milk anywhere. Waiting for the truck, as we were told, for basicitems kike straws, milk, creamer, etc is unacceptable. Read more
Denny was actually better. I had a few issues I waited at the seat for almost 15 min so they could attend to me. they messed up... my order several times. I do understand that the waiter was new and I can deal with this. What I did not like was that no onetried helping the young one and guiding him when they knew he was new and he asked for help. It was not till the end when hemessed up the receipt and over charged me when someone came to help.. Another issue was that the cook messed up my order andthis was his fault because the waiter wrote down my order and gave it to the cook. Also the food was not too good and it did notarrive at the same time. a plate here and a plate there 10 mins later the pancake . The fruit was lacking and no syrup. Last thefuture and style is so old I felt like I went back in time to a 60 dinner that did not take care of the future or looks of theplace. I honestly recommend Denny's over this place. Read more
We have been to many IHOP restaurants in the past. This one didn't impress at all. I think they were understaffed as food... service took about 30 minutes. The table behind us got served minutes after we got our food and they were there before us. Whenit comes to the food, it was lackluster. They advertised new protein pancakes that are supposed to be made out of oat flour andother non wheat ingredients. I ordered the Lemon Ricotta Blueberry Protein Pancakes. It's advertised as "loaded withblueberries" and topped with more. There were only 4 blueberries just on top. The lemon ricotta didn't taste like lemon. Thepancakes themselves tasted like regular pancakes. Also ordered the Big Steak Omelette. I don't know.... the meat tasted weird.My son ordered the Strawberry Banana French Toast. He liked it since it was sweet. Overall I will not be going back to thatlocation. Read more
This experience was one that I won't forget. When we were seated, we noticed the table was not cleaned. I also had to clean the... utensils because you cause also tell they weren't cleaned. Our waiter was nice so I have no complaints on him. However aftereating my son noticed something was in his food, when I checked IT WAS A PIECE GLASS FROM A BROKEN PLATE !!! While we weresitting there he heard a big commotion in the kitchen as if a bunch of things broke and best believe it did and a piece of itwas in my sons plate. I spoke to the manager and she apologized and was trying to figure out how that happened however itsunacceptable. They gave us a discount when I feel the meal should have been comped. I will never go there again nor would Irecommend it. This place was definitely disappointing but the waitress was a bright spot. She ran around and made this entire place work. The... food took a long time but the food was good for an IHOP. I would go back but don't be in a hurry. I would give it 2 stars if itwasn't for the waitress. Read more
