We'd been shopping for some healthy meal preps and were referred to Ideal Nutrition by a friend of my husband's. I've tried... other meal preps and never loved any, but everything on Ideal's site looked so good, we decided to give it a try. We're now onour third week of lunch and dinners, so it's safe to say we're fans. We've enjoyed just about every meal we've had and I'm down6 lbs. I am super picky and can attest that everything always tastes fresh, flavorful, and delicious. I recommend 100%. My experience so far has been wonderful. Is very convenient, and the food is so delicious and affordable. I definitely come by... if I?m around for lunch than eating at a fast food restaurant. Their chocolate muffins are pack with proteins and so gooood! Read more
I had the best experience with ideal nutrition at PBG. Their website made made ordering so easy. Food is delivered properly in... beautiful insulated bag. Each meal came in its own microwavable Tupperware with their instructions on it.. Every meal wasdelicious and nutritious. The meals are extremely affordable and very well worth it. And the cherry on top is that theircustomer service is incredible. I would rate them higher than 5 stars if I could. You have to try it to believe how good itreally is. Read more
Ideal nutrition is amazing! Love how convenient it is. I have saved so much time and money by not buying groceries to prepare... meals that I don?t end up cooking! The grilled chicken and sweet potatoes is our fav! I hope it never gets taken off the menu.My 1 year old even loves it! Read more
After trying Clean Eatz, and not enjoying it ( food taste blah ) limited, plus limited options for vegetarians. I said I try... Ideal Nutrition. This is my go to spot for picking up lunches for the week. At $7 a meal you can?t beat the price for the high quality of food.... I?d recommend this place to anyone looking for an affordable healthy meal at a good price. The sweet potato crusted chicken withcoconut rice is by far my favorite. The flavor is always on point.
