Awful ! Staff was really slow and rude. The girl who served us was wearing her airpods on both sides ! We came to take 1 ice... cream and 2 milkshakes. I was able to eat my whole ice cream while the first milkshake was not even finished. Also she wasconvinced she could bypass my pin code although I taught her before she could not do it because it was going to be declined. These employees have to worst attitude out of any Häagen-Dazs. I don't mind the $8 ice cream for one scoop, it's delicious my... daughter loves it. The girls that ran the counter acted like they were being bothered to do thier job. Ice cream was melted. The gardens mall is much better ran. Read more

None of the staff was wearing gloves, they scope ice-cream and their hands obviously touching the ice-cream, I seriously don't... know how are they even allowed to be open!!! It's nasty, no wonder everybody is getting covid, they should shut this placedown!!! Read more

If I could give this location zero stars I would. I was there this past Sunday at 5pm. The employees were extremely rude first... off. 2nd I asked for a coffee Frappe which I get from every Häagen-Dazs that I've visited and they told me " No " . Wouldn'ttell me why just said " no " multiple times . So I got a shaved ice with my kids and sat outside. I witnessed multiple peopletrying to go inside at 5:50 and they had already locked the doors even though they close at 6. I worked retail for many yearsand that's definitely not right. Read more

Not only the cashier was very unpolite with us but also she doesnt care about all the customers she loose at the store while... she was screaming at us because she can handle a coupon we gave her .
