DECADENT would be the best word to describe our dinner here. Everything was very rich and intense, starting with the smoked old... fashioned drink which are typically very potent and flavorful anyhow, but let's add a pleasant smokiness. The bone marrowappetizer was very rich served on an oily grilled sourdough bread. My prime filet Mignon was an excellent cut, cooked amedium-rare-rare and topped with chimichurri sauce. Her wagyu short rib was exceptionally tender and served in a rich truffle"emulsion" so delicious a combination that she literally squealed with delight, lol. The sides of truffle mac & cheese verycreamy and flavorful. No room for dessert. Our enthusiastic waiter Jason was an excellent host! The atmosphere at night isdelightful outdoors with the balmy South Florida weather and somewhat dark, but brightened by a sizeable firepit, I thought verynice for date night. Staying at the Hilton West Palm Beach and stopped by Galley, within the hotel, for a night cap. The restaurant and bar area is... beautiful, the service the short time I was there was welcoming and fantastic. I've never had the food here but absolutely lovedthe bar area. I had the most lovely service EVER here at the Galley! After having gone to various restaurants in Fl, this is my favorite. My... family and I went to the Hilton at West Palm for a convention a few weeks back, and needed somewhere to eat lunch with our team.I saw this restaurant connected to the hotel, and already fell in love with the outdoor seating. The hosts,waitresses, and thechefs are such kind people. They truly love their job, and it is so beautiful to see a crew who is passionate about their work.The food is just as great!! My family is vegetarian, and there were various options for us to enjoy- Our waitress took the timeto customize some items on the menu for us, and asked about our diet in order to better serve us. We recommend the salads theyoffer(We ordered all of them).The Vegetarian Apps were our favorite, especially the Togarashi Cauliflower. Hands down one of the best meals I’ve had in South Florida. This is a true hidden gem! Every detail, every sip, every bite was... delicious and decadent! The service, the ambiance and decor was incredible and felt effortless. Even the coffee wasdelicious! Make sure you request Jason as your server, his energy made the meal even more enjoyable and he has the bestrecommendations! Everything was absolutely INCREDIBLE. I’m on a trip with my dad, and we were both pleasantly surprised by this restaurant. For... starters, the setting is absolutely gorgeous. The atmosphere is welcoming and warm, and is not only set by the music and beautyof the restaurant but also the kindness of all its staff. The Hostess was very friendly, as was our server. Now… the food…absolutely IMPECCABLE. Like WOW. I had the NY Strip Steak and my dad had the Lamb, and everything was not only cooked perfectlybut also very tasty. For sides, we got the truffle mac & cheese, asparagus, and truffle fries, all of which were just delicious.We ended with the wild berries and cream for dessert, which was also a delight. 3 days later and we’re still talking about howgood the food was… I can’t wait to go back on our next trip!!
