I ordered a small coffee and the cashier charged me for a medium. When asked why the cashier stated ?we don?t have small? I... asked ?then why is it displayed on the board?. Another staff member inserted herself into the conversation by restating thatthey only sell M & L (with a demeaning tone). Because of their inability to explain to me why I have to be forced into payingfor another size I cancelled my order and suggested that next time they make customers aware of this inconvenience prior tocharging them. The staff member who was not originally apart of the conversation proceeded to tell me ?goodbye and happythanksgiving? while rolling her eyes and not solving the problem with her demeaning tone. Was there on Saturday to pick up bagels for my staff at work. I was treated so badly that I ended up walking out and going... elsewhere to get my bagels. This has never happened before there but the new staff have no clue what customer service is. Read more
Service was great, food was delicious as always. I recommend their lattes as long as they don't serve it tapid because that was... the case last time. Great seating arrangement, outdoor area is spacious enough for a breakfast fast food cafe. Read more
Employees here don't have an idea of what customer service is all about, especially who I believe is the lady in charge. There... are order numbers printed on the receipt which they don't use , when I asked if that was my order telling them my number thelady in charge screamed " there is not order numbers, you gotta know what you ordered" . Today I placed a HUGE order for my company, with specific order details, yet once I got my order filled and brought back for my... Co-Workers, I found out that my ENTIRE order was incorrect. I ordered the GOURMET bagels but instead got the REGULAR bagels.There is a decent price difference between the two, and seeing how I did not receive what I asked for, I complained to the staffthere only to be told THERE IS NOTHING THAT CAN BE DONE ABOUT IT. No kind of sympathy or effort shown to reconcile thistravesty. Incredibly unprofessional staff. As we were waiting in line with 5 other people for a good 10 minutes at this point, the staff... were blatantly complaining about customers in front of customers and were arguing amongst themselves and threatening each other!This behavior should never be presented in front of a group of customers. When the couple in front of us asked who can taketheir order finally, the staff member with the long braids stated rudely stated that she will not assist until the rest of thepeople waiting for their order get theirs first. Three people working the counter and no one can take orders? We didn?t evenorder. Just walked out after seeing how this establishment is run. Do better. Read more
Best bagels in town. Always fresh, and great combos. I love the Asiago cheese bagel with spinach?s and mushrooms on top. Super... delicious. I go there all the time. Hands down best bagels in the area. Also the staff is super friendly the service is fast andeasy, even the clients are friendly. Everything is perfect. Read more
We are visiting from out of town and this morning was the first time visiting this cute shop! The energy with the two girls... working was great, very friendly and sweet. So cute and clean. Definitely going to be our go to breakfast stop when we visitagain!! Read more
