The service is horrible. The girls that work the front window are rude every morning not just some. I over heard them talking... about how it's better for everybody that works there to speak Spanish so they can talk about people and they don't understand. Iread speak and write in Spanish. My mind was beyond blowed. The other morning everytime I spoke at the drive thru the chick onthe speaker kept saying oh what flavor?? Oh mocha OK ya(Spanish for stop) the food is served cold and every time they get a niceperson at the window those same girls run them off being nasty. The manager (tall Spanish guy) is good people and knows how badthe service is but what can he do? Nothing? Just nasty and ghetto. Hopefully the owner will make changes. Read more
I went to the drive thur at 8am. The first sandwich was cold with cold cheese. I had to go back and tell them I?m not satisfy... with crumble bacon pieces. This what I got barely any bacon inside. Cheese melt way to long in toaster it dry out through thebread. My ice coffee is good. Read more
Hours of operation state daily until 7p. Showed up twice here at 6:30p on different occasions and the lobby is closed. Finally... was able to speak to 2 guys in there today, and supposedly lobby closes earlier than the drive thru. Maybe have a sign statingthat?! Very disappointed when an employee tells you their drive- thru is closed! When I asked her at what time they closed she said at... 7 pm and I told her it's 6:32 pm and she said we are cleaning everything. I will never returned to this DD again (2050 BelvedereRd, WPB). Then I went to the one located on 242 S Congress Ave, WPB and their drive-thru was open and it was 6:45 pm. The ladythat took my order was very nice and attentive. Read more
Don't usually leave reviews or even go to Dunkin, but went with the sister via the drive through and the donuts were stale and... kind of hard. Boston Cream barely had any cream inside and her hash browns are always burnt at this location. Maybe it's lowstaffing and overworked workers or people not following procedures properly, idk but it sucks. It was midday so not sure if it'sbetter in the mornings, either way it shouldn't matter. Came in at 5:00am as door says it opens, 2 ladies inside on their phone after 5:00am I?m standing in front of door waiting for... them to open both look at me and did not acknowledge, never open door. I went around on drive they and tells me that is logicalthat they are not open cause lights are off because third employee not there yet lol my fault? How is customers suppose to knowof you need three employees to operate the dining room.
