It's usually a frustrating experience, but I tolerate it because it's close. Today was a new low. I'll typically by breakfast... for my team at work a few times a week. Today when I got back to my office I saw they left off my bagel. Not the end of theworld. I go back and explain this to them and show them the receipt. I get scolded that it was given to me and they want tosee the bag and continue to argue with me. I told them not to worry about it. For a $1.50 bagel I will never go to thislocation again. Read more
I walked in and asked for a plain bagel, the rude worker said no, flung his hand like he was telling me to leave and then walked... away. No one was helping me. There were no customers in line outside or inside so they had no excuse. Finally a woman who was onher phone, asked me what I wanted to order, I asked her do you have any bagels at all, she asked the rude worker and he said no.I just said okay and left. As I was leaving I said they had poor customer service. I've been there before during the morningand I don't have a problem with customer service. They need to retrain this guys. Read more
Back once again. I try not to come to this location anymore cause of all my past horrible experiences but sometimes convenience... beats me out cause it?s the closest location. Lady simply refused to give me a receipt. When i asked for it she stumbled on herwords, said ?i don?t know?, then when i pressed her she said she already gave it to me (pure lies) and then just refused to giveit to me and told me to move so she can help the next person in drive thru. JUST DONT COME TO THIS LOCATION IF YOU DONT WANTYOUR BREAKFAST RUINED. Read more

She finally came out as I'm walking away to say the counter isn't working Which I assumeis the register. Very rude and unprofessional. They are all just laughing inside.
