Disappointing when staff decides to open at whatever time they feel like it. I have an hour drive and am a nurse and needed... breakfast/ coffee . It was 5:15am they were still not opened and not accepting online orders. If you cannot or do not want towork on time, find another job. Read more
I think this place is service a solid five out of five really for being accurate with orders and having friendly staff. The... location itself is located inside the gas station, and long lines can form when going in. They don?t have any drive-throughservice available here. The staff are extremely friendly and quickly get orders placed. I was surprised that our orderconsisting of three different people?s items was perfectly made with no issues. Lastly, the food did not have any freezer burnttaste. This is really nice as several other Dunkin experiences have had offputting tastes at other locations around the US. Read more
I used to order from here regularly but, the last two times I ordered I?ve found long strands of hair in my food, thankfully... before I put the breakfast sandwich in my mouth. Not only that, If they don?t have something you ordered, they just give you allthe wrong items instead of canceling or letting you know. I tried to call the store and speak to a manager about the food andthe guy who answered today refused to even give me the managers name let alone let me speak to him/her. The staff are very polite and friendly. I came in for a ice coffee and 2 donuts and it was the best coffee I had in while the... stuff I believe his name is Justin made my coffee and he made it good.. we talked while he taking my order and he told me he wasnew and just started but he has a natural talent for making coffee.. This place has the best Sweet Tea. I asked and they said they brew it special, which is why it?s better than the rest. I think... they brew is stronger and make it extra sweet, the beat way. If you like sweet tea, get it here. Oh, and they have doughnuts,breakfast sandwiches and coffee too. It?s inside a Marathon gas station, so the coffee is always fresh due to the high volume.
