This is a poor Dunkin store. Poor and cold attention, the kitchen was closed at lunch time. Customer non friendly place

I would give it 0 stars if I could. Got in my car ready to leave and decided to look at my bagel, no cream cheese. No biggie,... walk inside and let the lady know and she?s arguing with me swearing she did. She then asks to see the bagel. Lady, why the hellwould I lie about cream cheese? Had to go to the car & get my bagel & show her the absence of cream cheese & clear my name asthe cream cheese bandit. Would not recommend. Read more

Awful. Ordered curbside. Waited outside for 15 min before finally grabbing my daughter and going inside. There was no one there... and when I finally saw her, I noticed my drink sitting on the counter as a pick up?. Not curbside. I wasn?t happy and told herI?ve been waiting outside for 15 min. She yelled at me as I was walking out the door. Not only that but my order was wrong. Iordered an ice coffee with 4 caramel swirls and 3 creams. I got 3 of each and sugar. I didn?t want sugar! I stopped going but it is the only Dunkin on my way to work. Placed an online order got there and items were missing and made... wrong. So instead of making me a new large drink they just added ice and put it in a bigger cup, as well as the bagel I orderedhad a bit of cream cheese on it. Not worth the money. Read more

I work at a nice restaurant at a well known local hotel. At the bar we also have a huge commercial size espresso machine where... we serve all Starbucks coffee beverages. I can get drinks here free if I wanted, but the customer service and beverage qualityis so excellent at this Dunkin' Donuts that I buy my drinks there instead. Keep up the good work! Read more
