I've been coming to this Dunkin' donuts location for a long time. It's near were I work. The last year it's really gone down... hill, the store opens at 4:00 a.m., I work midnights, and the staff never has the restaurant open until well after 4:30 in themorning, Sometimes 5. Pretty quick usually even when it gets busy. Orders typically accurate. Wish they had French crullers more often.
I have been ordering my morning coffee and breakfast through Ubereats from this DD for the past few months and I have never had... a better experience with any other DD. They add notes and little surprises to my order every time that really brighten my day. Services pretty rapid but tends to get busy. As a sit-down restaurant it's pretty noisy it caters more towards you going in... there and picking up your food and driving back home but you can sit down if you need to eat. Read more
I went into this Dunkin' donuts instead of the one for the south on Dixie highway because it's not as busy. What a mistake. Now... I know why this place is not busy. I would have got my order faster at a busy place.I ordered two lattes. And people that camein after me got their order before me. So I question where's my order . The person said what order and I told them then they hadto get the other person to stop what they were doing to make my order and my cups were labeled by the machine that should havebeen made already. When the manager told me that they were busy they really would not busy and people that came in after me gotthe order before me they forgot my order. And when I questioned it they had an attitude.
