Usually pretty fast. Extremely helpful staff. Definitely one of the better Dunkin? Donuts in the area.
Rude! Rude rude rude! This is my second time coming to this Dunkin and both times was a negative experience. I ordered munchkins... on the go and when I got to the window, she told me they didn?t have any so they can either refund my order and substitute itfor something else. So once I chose the refund option, she said she cannot do that. I have to call the app and explain thesituation to get a refund. You literally just told me you could give me a refund! Then the second time I ordered on the go andpulled up to the drive through the same Indian lady yelled at me for showing up too late. Just don?t waste your time here. Theyclearly need to work on their customer service as you can see from other reviews. Next time I will drive the extra mile down tothe Dunkin off forest hill and a little past Florida mango for better service. The staff there is always kind and welcoming. Read more
Go down Forest Hill east just past Florida Mango for actual DD service. These people are in it to usher you in and out as... quickly as possible all at the risk of quality. Note the time and NAME on the coffee as not mine. They gave me an online orderthat sat for 10 minutes AND had pumpkin spice already. Ordered 2 bacon egg croissants, hash browns and donuts. Noticed I did not receive my donuts and requested them in-store. The... manager immediately notices they forgot the donuts. I go back to the car to realize the croissants are sausage instead ofbacon. I brought this to the store manager's attention, the manager says "what else do you want us to do?" In response to metelling them this is my second visit trying to fix this order. My only request was to remake the food correctly. The manager'soutburst was shameful. Try owning up to your mistakes and just making the food correctly the first time around. Read more
