Gave drive thru cashier a $50 for a $3.20 order. He gave me change for a $5. I refused to drive off until cameras were reviewed.... The manager sent the cashier to review the tapes. That is just poor financial control for any business. He comes from office &says he can?t find on tape. Of course not, that wOuld imply theft. He goes & gets $40 from register for me. This location is one of the best locations. When there is a line there is room to line up at the drive through without blocking... traffic or parking. The drive through is efficient and accurate. The food/coffee is excellent and the staff is friendly. Read more
Coffee was exactly as I had requested! Hot & delicious. Helpful Staff. Both staff members, there were only two in the store,... stopped, even though they were busy with drive thru orders, (I was a walk in) to help & explain to me how to interpret myreceipt, as they recognized I was confused. This past visit will be the last time I ever spend money at this Dunkin?. Burnt cheese (again) and gray/moldy looking eggs on... both of my four year olds egg and cheese wraps. ????????. This Dunkin? franchisee and the employees do not take accountabilityfor what is handed to their customers. This is not the first time we?ve been handed food that is inedible - complained and NEVERheard back from the manager or the owner. I got quick and excellent service. But they gave me sweet tea instead of unsweet. But they made it right by just adding another... unsweet iced tea. So I got two for the price of one. I went to the zaxby's at lunch and their line was too long for me to get back to work on time. I went through the drive thru... here at Dunkin and got their new ham and cheese sandwich and an iced latte. The grilled cheese was actually really good. Glad Iwent. Read more
Service was prettyquick in drive thru. They melted my cheese on the croissant for me where the other locations can?t or won?t.... Coffee made perfect. Needed that pick me up and snack. Read more
