Very poor service. Long wait times for simple orders. Workers have bad attitudes, barely acknowledge your presence. I have tried... to speak to directly to them on multiple occasions, Minimal response. No thanks you, smiles, or gratitude for business. Alwaysout of supplies. Sometimes iced tea tastes like soap for a weeks time, even after notifying the store. I have addressed thiswith management, who didn?t seem interested in acknowledging these issues. Not worth the time, mental energy, or money to visitthis location. Read more

I love the staff. Very convenient location. But I?m gonna have to change that. You cannot completely run out of supplies every... single week. Today was the worst. Only small coffees not even all the ingredients to make a complete coffee. My sandwich wasmade wrong and couldn?t remake it because there wasn?t enough food to remake it. Oh please don?t let me forget as soon as I didopen the sandwich that was pretty much my only option to get it had one slice of bacon for give me 1/2 a slice of bacon.Hashbrowns missing from the order. Details given about sandwich repeated it back to me but not put in computer. Every dang weekthis is unacceptable normally it?s a couple ingredients it?s one sandwich or whip cream. But there was no sausage there was nowhite cheddar cheese there was no English muffin you had sourdough or croissant. The last seven months or so every time I visit this Dunkin they are out of everything. I had an employee tell me once they were... broke. Giving out bendy straws and constantly out of everything. Getting munchkins in a paper bag and watered down tea. Todaythey didn?t even get my coffee order right and that was my tipping point. Read more
No one greets you when you pull up to the drive thru not even to tell you to hold on. If you don?t speak up you?ll be waiting.... When I got to the window my order wasn?t ready so the attendant told me to back up behind the pole. She doesn?t even say pleasethey just instruct you to back up. This happens almost every time I go there. My coffee was very light in color and tasted likecreamer with pumpkin swirl. I order a latte because of the shots of espresso. I should be able to taste my coffee. I asked themto add coffee and the lady at the window stood there arguing with me about what I?m tasting. She then rolled her eyes to talk toher manager and closed the window. The manager comes up and says I have to park up and pay for a shot because she knows sheadded coffee. Go elsewhere! Worst dunkin I have ever been to ! I got my order through the drive thru & everything was correct except for my drink . I asked... if they could remake it instead they tried to give me extra ice at the window ! They argued with me for about 10 minutes insteadof just remaking the drink . They asked if I could come inside and wait & I explained to them that I was running late and that Ijust needed them to remake the drink real fast . After arguing with me about not remaking the drink and coming inside , I askedthem just for a new drink ( The vanilla bean ) since they couldn?t remake my drink . They explained that I needed to come insideand get the drink because the line was to long . I finally decided to go inside of the store after running late to get the NEWDRINK they gave me a drink THAT I DIDNT EVEN ASK FOR ! Literally the worse experience! Read more
I go to this Dunkin? Donuts every morning and get the same thing and the girls there are normally so nice and the customer... service is always good. However lately there has been a new young lady at the window. She would not give me her name but I willdescribe her to the store owner as soon as someone returns my call. Every morning this young lady is at the window I have a hardtime. Whenever I see it?s her at the window I know my transaction is NOT going to be smooth, she literally messes up my morningwhen I see it?s her because i know it?s going to be a problem. rather she gives me a attitude for no apparent reason, she slamsthe window in my face while I?m talking she throws my receipt in the garbage she snatched my card, and for some reason my orderis always wrong when she is at the window. On this morning 4/25/22 I had the worst customer service experience ever! My childrengo to school near here so every morning min-fri I stop by this Dunkin? Donuts. However this Dunkin? Donuts have lost a faithfulcustomer. I will never go to this Dunkin until this employee is gone. And I will be calling the district manager or store owner.By the way the picture I included is just how she gave me my coffee. Plain and simple. On 12/05/22 @ approximately 5:33pm. I pulled up, in the drive thru of Dunkn Donuts on: Congress/Gun Club Road... in West Palm Beach . This loud female voice said: YES what can I do for you? I then said: Can, I please have a apple juice and asmall hot coffee w/ 2 creams 4 sugars. You would have thought, I'd said something wrong or something to provoke her: thisextremely loud female voice came back, loud and very, very, rude????. WE AINT GOT NO APPLE JUICE, AND WE CLOSED! As I proceeded to drive through thru, to leave. Another employee (black slender male ) came to the drive thru window laughing extremely loudand said: yeah, get the f#@k on!. . .
