I went thru the Drive thru the other day and I had a little miss attitude on the speaker. She did not say Welcome, or can I take... your order- just "ya?". She was busy laughing and cursing with her fellow employees. Yes, I could hear it thru her mic. Itseemed no one was even working. She didn't even read my order back to me to make sure they got it right. Really??!! Also, theygot my order wrong. How hard is it to make ONE Drink correctly? If I wasn't in a hurry I would have called the manager to giveher an attitude adjustment. It only take one to ruin the whole batch. Read more
This place is ridiculous rude, they get mad bc they cut you off mid order and I mean always so they always get orders wrong they... get mad bc they got the order wrong. I simply ordered ice coffee with caramel and they put vanilla and honestly it was so nastyI almost yacked , anyways they said they will remake it I stated I will drink it it?s fine but they insisted and told me to pullover to the parking. I did and went inside to pick up my new drink. Then from the manger her self she yells get this girl out mystore. Ridiculous To have a child speak to their elders this way when I was extremely Polite. I went through the drive thru. 1st they took forever to acknowledge I was there. Then as I'm giving my order I hear someone in... the back say can she wait. I had to repeat my order. The tone when I asked for a bagel was rude. At the window was more pleasantbut when I looked at my bagel the just clumped the cream cheese on the bagel and burnt it. I would never go back. Employees are always nice, listens to my orders perfectly, I like the music that is playing inside sometimes, and the awesome... thing is they let me sit and chill for a few minutes and let me build my paper buses after I get my order. Read more

Poor customer service in this location. I went in this place and stood there for like 3 min. A girl that was handling the drive... thru was sitting down when a guy was playing with his phone. The girl looks at me say nothing. There was another employee to myleft looks at me nothing does not even say can I help u. When I was leaving because I was upset the girl that was sitting sayto me Sir what happen? I stay quote and just left. She could think for a min of what just happen. Poor customer service. Read more
