I went thru the Drive thru the other day and I had a little miss attitude on the speaker. She did not say Welcome, or can I take... your order- just "ya?". She was busy laughing and cursing with her fellow employees. Yes, I could hear it thru her mic. Itseemed no one was even working. She didn't even read my order back to me to make sure they got it right. Really??!! Also, theygot my order wrong. How hard is it to make ONE Drink correctly? If I wasn't in a hurry I would have called the manager to giveher an attitude adjustment. It only take one to ruin the whole batch. Read more
This place is ridiculous rude, they get mad bc they cut you off mid order and I mean always so they always get orders wrong they... get mad bc they got the order wrong. I simply ordered ice coffee with caramel and they put vanilla and honestly it was so nastyI almost yacked , anyways they said they will remake it I stated I will drink it it?s fine but they insisted and told me to pullover to the parking. I did and went inside to pick up my new drink. Then from the manger her self she yells get this girl out mystore. Ridiculous To have a child speak to their elders this way when I was extremely Polite. Poor customer service in this location. I went in this place and stood there for like 3 min. A girl that was handling the drive... thru was sitting down when a guy was playing with his phone. The girl looks at me say nothing. There was another employee to myleft looks at me nothing does not even say can I help u.
