After countless experiences of poor service and stale food, I have finally gave up on this location. They are always messing up... your order. The donuts always have a stale taste and waxy texture; even if they say "they're fresh." Prior to relocating to thearea, every morning I'd stopped at a DD in Broward County, FL. The two locations are so extremely different, leaving me sodisappointed. I don't hardly ever go to DD anymore, because this location is the bottom of the quality barrel in every area. After spending time in the pull up and wait at the drive thru. They brought my order out. I noticed there were no straws and... asked her for some, at which point she said I can hop back in the drive thru and get some. Will never go back!!!! Read more
I placed a mobile order this morning. Picked up a cappuccino with skim milk along with other items. Got to my office. Took my... first sip. Spoiled milk was used. Once I removed the lid, it even smelled spoiled in the cup. I called to let them know toprevent them selling it to others. I walk inside the store every morning about 5:05am. Tye or Nadia sees me, starts my cappuccino knowing exactly ???? how I love... my coffee. It's perfect Every morning, Fran makes my day, and/ or Shirley when she's there.... best morning crew, And theyounger cashier was friendly and polite, Nice ladies to start my Hard week on my jobsite . UPDATE TO AN OLD REVIEW: I?ve been to this Dunkin a few times in the last month and I?m happy to say my experience has improved.... I don?t want to fully remove the prior review, but I do want to acknowledge that the new staff are a lot kinder and moreenthusiastic than the previous staff and have made the experience astronomically better. The food and drinks are still kind ofinconsistent, but the staff are efficient and kind and it kind of balances out the experience. I?ve changed my one star to athree star, and hope that it continues improving! TLDR: This Dunkin has gone down the drain. There are a few employees thatsave the experience but the rest? especially the managers!? are rude and unhelpful. How can you fix the problem when the problemis with the upper level employees? My food and drinks are usually wrong and need to be remade. It?s getting old? This used tobe my favorite Dunkin to go to. That?s why you see such mixed reviews. It USED to be amazing, kind employees who wanted to makesure that your experience was enjoyable and we?re just competent at their jobs. Recently, I have ordered from here multipletimes and my order is always wrong and the woman who takes my order is extremely rude and unhelpful. I didn?t wantto ask for additional ones or for them to be remade because the manager is always so rude and unhelpful, and probably would haveyelled at ME! This place is horrible, they constantly mess up orders. Sit in a long line to give a simple food and drink order, repeat it to... them and some how they always find a way to mess it up. It?s not rocket science to take a fast food order, listen to thecustomer, plug the order in and give the customer what they ordered. If you?re in the drive through line and order food, morethan half the time they can?t get the food to you fast enough and ask you to pull around to the back and by the time you get tocheck your order to make sure it?s right it?s too late, the employee has already rushed back inside and the line is too longinside and outside to get it corrected when you?re on you way into work or on a schedule. Really like (half) the staff here. Also love the location. However they are SLOW IN THE EXTREME and accuracy is poor. Orders are... very often incomplete or mis-matched. Certain employees who clearly don?t care are the problem for sure. Some are top notch.Some are also very very friendly. Love them! Read more
