Love the atmosphere at this dunkin donuts! Was greeted as soon as I walked threw the door by the the employees! The... establishment was very clean and the assortment of food behind the counter was full of fresh donuts, muffins, bagels, etc. Iordered a coffee, 25 munchkins, and a sausage egg and cheese on a bagel and it was cooked perfectly. It was neatly made and thetemp was perfect! My coffee for the 1st time was made exactly to my request which i was extremely greatful for! Had to send ashout out to this dunkin donuts for the outstanding service i receieved Joanna and Samuel were outstanding! So I normally have a good experience at this dunkin but today September 30th at around 2:30pm I walked in with my fiance and the... girl working was talking on the phone, the lights in the back were off and she was just walking around. I asked her if they wereclosed and if I just looked over the times for the day. She said they closed in 3 hours. When I asked for an iced coffee and agrilled cheese, she made coffee and it has a dirty water taste to it and then said all the machines were off to start preparingfor closing so I could only have donuts or cold bagel. So I asked for a cold bagel with cream cheese and when I opened it afterleaving there was no cream cheese on it. This was the most ridiculous dunkin trip I've ever had. Read more
I went in for my birthday drink and I was very excited. Initially there was no one in the lobby. There was an employee talking... loudly on the phone and he cut me off as I was walking to the front. The lady at the front didn?t look at me the entire time Iordered. I asked for a large and she put in a small. I also ordered food and she messed that up too. No one smiled. No oneengaged with customers. There were about five employees total. I expressed that I had asked for a large and the other employeegave me a dirty look. Their lobby became slammed and I said it was ok and left. When I opened my sandwich at work, there wereburnt crusts in it from something else and it had egg when I asked for no egg. Service was quick. Young lady on counter processed my order timely however there?s no point of having mask regulation if you not... wear it correctly accordingly to CDC guidelines. Her nose was out in the open ready to spread any virus and her mask was barelycovering her mouth. So if people like that are preparing our food then there?s higher risk of spread if they?re having positive.However there were transparent shields attached all over the counter to minimize the effect. Everyone is great here. They see me pull up and before I can get to the counter they have my coffee ready. I've gotten a coffee... at other stores and it doesn't taste as good. My coffee just tastes better when it's made by friends. Read more
I got excellent service here. The staff was mopping the floor and greeted me. Then stopped mopping to wait on me. He was... talkative and friendly. He was that way with every customer after me. He even offered to change the TV to a station I wanted.The restaurant is modern and clean. Read more
If you want curbside you will have to physically call the restaurant for them to bring your order out if you don?t want to wait... an half hour. I feel bad but I got here early enough to also make it to work and I can?t wait 30 minutes for coffee and a donut Read more
