I prefer not to have the boxes my donuts will be placed in on the ground, though it doesn?t seem to phase the staff. Even... after calling them out on dropping the boxes on the ground and asking for new ones, they decided they would still use them,because they didn?t see any dirt on them. This is my go to iced coffee place... until it wasn't. I had different server than usual. I ordered Large iced coffee with... darkest new coffee. Then server tells me they don't serve that iced only cold brew. She acted like I was lying to her when Itold her I ordered same thing week before no problem. I only put 1 pump of cream but drink looked like iced cream.
