Incredible I just got married in the West Palm Beach courthouse and I had to go back to Broward County for work reasons and for... a burger and a Cesar salad they made me wait. More than 30 minutes. The place was almost empty and when I asked the 3individuals who were standing around doing nothing who is the manager. The one who receives customers pretended to be a managerand told me that he had problems in the kitchen. But he ate his lunch in front of me without any problem. I didn't ask for namesbecause I didn't have time. But the Duffy Corporation or Franchise knows who those three individuals are who don't know how tomanage that restaurant For me it is incredible Those who go there do not let themselves be fooled. This is a great sports bar/restaurant. The staff is friendly, the food is good, the beer is cold and the liquor is strong and... poured in proper quantities. I certainly recommend this place for an afternoon or evening spent watching your favorite team,having a bite to eat, and grabbing a drink or two. Read more
I waited up front for about 15 minutes as a huge line gathered outside. Finally, someone went and got a server who promptly left... for an additional 5 minutes. The restaurant was half empty, it shouldn't have taken so long to seat anyone, or we should havebeen given a warning that it'd be a few minutes. For being a local chain, the wings, onion rings and apps in general are solid. They have 2 for 1 ALL DAY long.
Came to this location with my family tonight because the food is good when I?ve had it during lunch.Once seated for quite awhile... I had to ask if anyone was servicing our area. Then it just continued to go downhill from there. My husband asked for a Pepsiand got Dr.Pepper instead. When the food was brought out my daughters food practically slid off her plate when it was beinghanded to her and though it was mumbled that another plate would be brought out it never came. My husbands burger that was askedto be made well done was still pinkish and my meal per the menu included coleslaw was not included. We had to ask the waiter fordrink refills was never asked if everything was ok and even longer story short was highly disappointed. Though it shouldn?tmatter I feel like the age of the staff had something to do with it. They all were young. Our waiter even indicated it was hisfirst day. What looked to be their supervisor was just walking around playing macho chomping on gum. Even when told about theinitial delay on waiting on a server he glanced our way and yelled out well do they got their menus, never once coming over toapologize and even later when we were leaving and passed him mumbled, with no eye contact, a unenthusiastically have a goodnight. Don?t know what the deal is but for such a busy street, with such big business potential with this type of service theypotentially will continue to lose business, especially at night. Read more
We moved to West Palm Beach about a year ago and this bar has become our new hometown bar. The bartenders (Geo, Daisy, Katie,... and Jefferson) have truly made this place feel special. Manager Bryant is great! The rewards program is amazing. The food isamazing. But the bar staff is out of this world! Read more
This Duffy's is hit or miss. Sometimes great service. Sometimes super slow or waiter completely disappears for a long time. Last... night sat there for a long time just waiting for him to come back so we could get the bill. We ended up having to hunt him downhe was chatting with the servers in the back. But the food was good. I tried the buffalo cauliflower wings last night and Ihighly enjoyed them. Read more
Waited nearly an hour for the driest burger , mash potatoe bowl is completely full of melted butter. Absolutely disgusting. The... place is ok for a pint and has a million screens for sports but trust me on this..... avoid the food !!!!!!!!! Read more
