Server was not interested in waiting on us. We are long time customers. Far from the Warm and Fussy Feeling. She was in a Rush... to take order and took forever to get Drinks. I had to ask for BREAD. IT WAS OLD COLD AND DRY. When Food was Served the Waitressnever came to Table to see if we were all good or needed anything Or if we needed Drink Refills . Only 4 other tables So if youbeen there you would know they were not BUSY. For A Friday Night Big Big DISAPPOINTMENT. 1st TIP For WAITRESS GIRL. It is BadTable Manners to just walk away while Customer is Placing ORDER and then Never Come Back to Table. Read more

The server was friendly enough but there was a BIG communication gap. There were missing items from our order and the food was... cold, the rice tasted day old. The people in my group made up for the disappointment I experienced with the food. Read more

Fantastic restaurant. Great atmosphere. Authentic Cuban food. Tastes great. The drinks are good too. Just bring a light sweater.... A/C vents blow down on the tables and is on high so you will get cold. Apparently they cannot control individual sections of therestaurant. Everything is on one control. Otherwise worth the trip. First time eating at this location. Came here because the Havana was closed for dining-in and Don Ramon was nearby (only 2... blocks away). Thankfully we had a very pleasant experience. Food was excellent, desserts were delicious and authentic. I had theBistec Palomillo and everything on the plate was wonderful. Didn't have to wait long for the food to come out either. Butultimately what made this visit memorable was the excellent waiter we had, Oscar. Kind and attentive but not hovering, friendlyand super personable--he checked all the boxes for what a good server should be like and because of that, I plan on returningwith my family again to this location! Only minor issue was the very dim lighting where we were sitting, but I believe otherparts of the restaurant have window seating or more brightly lit areas so this isn't really an issue. Thanks Don Ramon and thankyou Oscar. Read more

Excellent Cuban food in a clean and cozy atmosphere. 5-star attention, Oscar went above and beyond to make us feel at home. I... recommend this restaurant for a family dinner in West Palm Beach. Don't forget to try a couple of Mojitos, you won't regret it. Read more

Great environment & good prices. Food was ok. The empanadas were fresh & flavorful! The lechon asado needed more sauce/juice,... and the churrasco was a little too thin and dry. The service was slow, but it seemed to be purposefully slow - like thateveryone expected it to be a long dinner experience. But it took a long time to get drink refills & to pay. I can see whypeople enjoy the restaurant. The vibe was fun, and the service was friendly. But I?d probably try out other options beforereturning. Read more

The two stars is for the quality of food and pricing. If you were not raised on Cuban food, then you wouldn't know any better.... Perhaps another plate may have been better prepared but my rice and chicken left so much to be desired. The "tostones" weregeat! With regrets, but to be honest, I cannot rate this restaurant any better. Service deserves a better rating, as does theambiance and cleanliness. Read more
