Horrible phone girl with atrocious customer service. We?re good customers who order from there frequently. Never again. Hung up... on us when they were in the wrong. Paid for delivery, have the receipt for delivery on the app, she said it was takeout, workersaid to not give her attitude and hung up the phone. Read more
Pizza in this area is horrendous. This particular Domino's Pizza is atrocious. The pizza is cardboard. I have never received a... decent pizza from this place. And we've been here for nearly a decade. All the competitors aren't any better either. I don'thave high expectations in regards to chain pizza, much less in florida. But this is as bad as it gets. Permanently avoiding dominos. Who doesn't allow takeout?? Canceled my delivery because "driver left early" wouldn't let me place... order because "closing early." Called this location and they won't let us order either even though they're less than 2 milesaway and they won't let me pick it up. Literally throwing customers down the drain. They don?t know how to proof dough. They don?t know how to cook a pizza. I received cardboard. It was disgusting. I would not... recommend this location and based on this location Dominos to anyone. Also, was a carry out order was notified via the app thatit was ready. We went in to pick it up and they said it wasn?t ready. Get your stuff together. Read more
Service sucks. I placed an online order, 8:24p waited in the parking lot. No update on the app. Goes in the store. Order ready... at 8:48-8:58p per app. My order is not even being prepared. Spoke to Sean & I?m told it?s just us 2 & nothing can be doneeither wait another 15minutes or get my money back. So who can I speak too? Nobody Brandon don?t care, you?re not the onlycomplaint. The driver got lost and I got a cold pizza. I called to express my displeasure and they promised they would remake the pie and... within 15 minutes I got a fresh hot pie. They didn?t charge me either. The service was great. Read more
I went on the 4th of July for pizza & I just want management to acknowledge Randy at this location. He was all by him self... answering phones and running around in the kitchen making orders and was very polite. I thought it was crazy to have one personon a holiday like that, but Randy handled it very well. He looked extremely busy but was very efficient and honestly felt theneed to leave great review. It's a pain that this one is the closest to my home. It always takes forever to deliver and of course by the time it gets here,... pizza is horrible and cold. I've been a Domino's fan for years and I hate that I cannot have it deliver anymore because it'salways like this. Read more
