I love Chick-fil-A, but I went to the drive-through to place my order. I ordered several drinks, Mac&cheese, and other stuff.... They forgot to give me straws/ forks, so I had to turn around, park my car and go inside to get them. No one?s trying to gothrough all that trouble when they are already hungry. ATTENTION TO DETAILS, folks. Most humans don't drive around with straw intheir cars. Please remember those little details. Thank you. Read more
I went for dine in, the parking lot is a mess and the drive thru went around the corner. Absolutely no signs telling you where... to go. When stepping inside the restaurant every table was absolutely filthy and it was packed. There was a cluster of peoplewaiting in line but also waiting at the pickup section. The ordering line went quick and when I got my meal, I ordered 12nuggets and was only given 8. I went back up and the chefs made a nasty comment and threw the rest in a bag. They are recently trying out an Express Lane & I think they need to organize much better. The idea is great but doesn?t seem... like it?s any ?faster? and sometimes the person in front of you haven?t gotten their order, but you did but now you?re stuck &waiting for the person in front of you to get their order & move so I can eventually move. I honestly don't feel that this location is the best in terms of quality. We went inside the other day and it took longer than... the drive thru because there was only one person at the register. My husband's food was fine but my mini were hard bread andnuggets. Just horrible. Read more
On Friday I placed my online order for delivery at 12:30 pm, and I realized that's their busy time. Nevertheless I didn't... receive my order until 2:30pm that was utterly dissatisfying and this is what I got........I was very disappointed. Howdisgusting is this, the lettuce was withered, the tomato looked like it was picked out the garbage and not to mention the boxwas falling apart because of the moisture. The whole meal looked as though the Chick-fil-A driver had rode the meal around inthe car for the 2 hours that it took for me to receive my meal. Read more
