Food is great specially the fries but the service is terrible. The last 3 times waited over 30 minutes with only 2 cars on front... of me. They didn't have my order and often they ask you what did you order and wait until your order is made. But staff is veryfriendly. Read more
I've had bad experiences here with hour long wait times at 2am & exceptional visits with very little wait time. Overall the food... is good, hot, what you expect when you go for checkers. But there's always a wait, just like most places I suppose, but I thinkI've had longer than usual wait times here. Great location. The new staff is MUCH better than the last group they had when I hadthe horrible experiences. As far as food delivery drivers, expect a wait, the food will never be ready. Js. You won't waitlonger than 10 minutes but expect and plan for around 5 ish.. no bathrooms or in store seating. 2 drive up w windows one on theleft for passenger and delivery drivers & the right side for everyone else. I had to change my review from one star to five stars. Shortly after I gave the one-star review as in like the next day there... were several more employees working. Manager was there for a couple days to train the new staff. I got to tell you they're onpoint in the food is hot now. Congratulations I'm a doordasher and I'm real impressed that's hard for me. The service was Horrendous!! No clue what happened but the service and food declined very badly at this location! Used to be... one of my favourite fast food to eat from in west palm beach... but after 52 minutes if wait time to get an abysmal food andthey lost my order twice... wow... it was very very frustrating! The milkshake was runny and the machine broke after they gaveus 1 cup... after waiting for 15 .minutes! I am very very disappointed! Read more
Checkers review I wish I could give zero stars. This was THE WORST fast food experience I have ever had. The order speaker is... completely automated so you don't get to talk to a real person. When you get to the window someone will confirm your order butsomehow still mess it up. We got to the window and paid then they told us to pull up to the other side because they needed tocook the chicken for our sandwiches. We waited a good 30 minutes from the time we paid until the time our food came out. Wepulled off to check our order and we were missing a burger. We pull back to the same window we were just at to get our missingburger and have to tell 3 different people why we were back. It took another 15 minutes for them to remake this burger! I'veread the other reviews and I will most definitely be contacting corporate. None of the employees knew what was going on and fromwhat I could see the other window was having problems too. The remade burger had chunks missing out of the bun and the otherburger was made so sloppy that the sauce dripped everywhere. I went to checkers on Wednesday night, waited over 20 min in line to order my food, the beginning of a bad experience. I ordered... my burgers to come without onions and tomatoes. When I received my burgers they were loaded with onions and had tomatoes, yetthat wasn't the most dissapointing part. That was receiving a fish sandwich that looked like it had been sitting for hours.Didn't realize it until I was eating it and noticed it didn't taste very well. Turned on the light in the car, looked at it, itappeared burnt and old, the crust on the fish had fallen off probably from sitting in the heat. I took pictures and posted them.The fries were half empty and burnt also. It was a terrible experience and I will never eat there again. More employees are needed, because the lines are too long. There is one drive thru line for customers and the other drive thru... line is for door dash. Read more
