We placed our order online and went to pick it up. When we got there, the manager gave us the order for the wrong person--... someone else named Dillon. When we indicated this to her, she said someone had picked up my order already. When I said that'snot possible, she started yelling at me about how she didn't give someone else my order (clearly they had) and that there wasnothing she could do. We asked for her to remake the order, but she walked away and ignored us. I had to ask through the windowfor someone to help us and another worker said that the manager refuses to remake the order because the restaurant is too busyand to just report it. No offer of a refund even for their mistake. That manager's behavior was completely uncalled for. So nowI'm without the food and without the money. Would never go here again. Read more
It's been awhile since I've eaten food from Checkers. The fries are still the best fast food fries but the prices are... ridiculous. Over $10 for a small burger, fries and drink. Bring back more customers by dropping the price a bit. Maybe have somevalue items on the menu. Read more
Why it takes soooooooooo damn long and the Attitude that they give is ridiculous somebody in the drive-through or in the whole... store need to smile stop being so mean they lucky I gave them a three star not a one star. I ordered the fry lovers that came half empty. See the photo and a 4pc mozzarella ?stixs? that came with 3 sticks and a half... piece that had a chicken nugget thing I think it was attached. Employees don?t say nothing accept stick their hand through thewindow to get your card. Food is now usually cold and service is slow. Read more
My daughter always lived this place. I had the Cheese Champ with large fries to share. Although the flavor was great,... disappointed on the size and topping. I dont like unripe tomato. Need red flavorful ones. Makes a difference. And the sizeshrunk. Need to update your pictures, because they look NOTHING like the food you serve. Got seasoned fries, they were hot,fresh, flavorful, but again, size people. If say it's a large, dont use medium size container. I'm glad i didnt get the fullyloaded ones. Read more
