Have been to this location for many years. Today the store was filthy dirty and the man working was named Kevin. I got 2 kids... soft serve in a cup with 1 topping each. Kevin, decided to charge me double on EACH ice cream topping because I said therewasn't enough sprinkles put on. Typically when you get a "topping" you expect the top of the ice cream to be covered withsprinkles not half covered. So I asked for a little more on both cups and was charged double toppings for each cup.Ridiculous!!! I will not be going to this location anymore. PS... clean the store and floors Kevin. Read more
Bought two cakes from this carvel this weekend. One cake was preorder For a party on Saturday (this cake turned out well) the... second cake I walked in on Sunday and bought from the freezer. Served the cake that night for party number two. The crunchieswere soft, the icing was gritty and the ice cream was sour. EVERY SINGLE PERSON threw the cake out. I called and asked if theycould refund or replace for this week since the same group of people from Sunday?s party would be together again on Wednesday.For two days I was told that the manager would call us back and she never did. Now we missed the chance of having a cake forthat same group of people again. We will NEVER return to this store. The manager cares more about her money than doing the rightthing and HER CAKE WAS BAD. I have my receipt and half a bad cake to return to her and she doesn?t even have the decency toreturn a call. I am 9 months pregnant had a craving for some ice cream, but before I bought anything I had to use the restroom, I was told by... the employee they didn?t have a bathroom. Now this is a whole establishment that serves the public, so for her to lie and saythey didn?t have a bathroom, I was very upset and will never return again. Poor customer service. Don?t go there. Went there tonight at 9:50pm. I understand that's close to closing time so if they would have turned me away right away, I would... understand. Instead, they allowed myself and another party to come in, they pretended they didn't see us as we were all lookingat the menu, then after about 45 seconds they told us they can't serve us. I ordered two vanilla bourbon sundae dashers via uber eats and only received one. I ordered delivery for a reason. The... ?manager? Of the store was unapologetic and expected me to come in for another. If that were the case I would have drove therein the first place. Will never give my money to them again. Read more
I have always loved Carvel. True, the employees are sometimes "devil may care" about customer service, but its a short... interaction. The soft-serve ice cream is the best around. The flying saucers are ice-cream sandwiches extraordinaire. Fudgythe Whale and Carvel's other ice cream cakes are great for parties. This particular location is no different than most in thechain: quick service, always fresh and tasty. Read more
They advertise closing 10pm on friday night,came here 9:40 and got turn away because they turn off the machine early.
