Clean, and had enough employees to get to the customers fast. Who doesn't love ice cream ????
Male employee behind cash register helped three customers before me wearing the same rubber gloves; handling food and money. I... asked for my ice cream in a cup and the cone on the side. He grabbed the cone with same rubber gloves without a napkin! He thenswept the floor and held the dirty dustpan with same gloves over the trash can to empty it. He continued to help more customerswith same gloves after sweeping. I watched two other female staff handle cones with no gloves, use the register and not washhands in between. Read more
My husband and I stopped in to get milk shake floats which was a disaster. 1st they asked if we wanted coke floats. Then they... started mailing the chocolate and Black & white shakes.. they were out of syrup and had no idea of what the float was. Sheoffered to add hot fudge and then added some ice cream but it was. It really a float. Needless to say the shakes wereessentially tasteless so I had to stop at Walgreens pick up Hersey Syrup and fix them when we got home which ruins the conceptof getting dessert out as I now need to clean up the blender. I have no issue waiting as I know there are staffing shortages andI applaud those who show up but the owner or management is responsible for training their staff I have been to this locationbefore and not had a problem but the shakes are not cheap and since they are a promotion one day if the week your staff shouldbe trained properly Read more
I love this place. It is where I go to reward myself with the ultimate in delicious decadence. My staple is Vanilla Ice cream... with wet walnuts and chocolate syrup and whip cream. And there is so much more to choose from. Read more
