My experience was colored by the inept server I had. But we are coached to be kind and patient during these trying times, so... I'll ignore that part. Went as part of my DD&D tour; hitting all of Guy Fieri's featured spots. Ordered the pierogies and thebrisket melt. Plus a few other things that either didn't come or weren't what I ordered. As advertised; rich, crispy, melty. Both dishes could use a little tang of some sort. Worth the trip. The establishment itself is also a blast. Huge beerhall/garden. The food is really an afterthought. Great place to catch the games with enormous projectors. Read more

My husband and I decided to try this place for a quick lunch date while our kids were in school and it was fantastic with a... wonderful atmosphere. We were on a time crunch due to some congested traffic on the way there, but the service was quick; wewere in and out within an hour. Our server, Christine, was extremely pleasant and made sure we got out in time for pick-up. Thefood was fresh and delicious and the drinks were extremely reasonable, not to mention they had a HUGE selection of beer, livingup to the name Beer Garden. We started with the Bacon Mac & Cheese Bombs, which were so breathtaking we had to save one tobring home for the kids to try. We each got a burger (The Signature and Bacon Gorgonzola) which were both extremely well done. The meat was top notch and the toppings fresh. We have been on a hunt lately for the best burger in West Palm and this placedelivered a serious contender in multiple forms. We were impressed and would highly recommend! Read more

Nice place? service was great? drinks were good? food was o.k. I had the soft giant pretzel which was good nothing special. The... short rib perigees were the best thing I ordered and the meat loaf sandwich was not that great. The sandwich had thin slices ofmeat loaf and loaded with fried onions? would have been better if there was more meat on it?. Very dry and not the best. Ishould have asked for something else, but at that time I just decided to move on and enjoy my friends company. I will go backand give it another chance because I?m a believer of sometimes, the kitchen has its days lol ?. P.S. The coleslaw was good????? Read more

My husband got the burger that was featured on the show and it was so full of flavor and lacking nothing!! I also triedthe bacon mac n cheese balls which were great too! The outside patio had a super cool vibe and the inside was a more quiet butstill awesome atmosphere. Really caters to all. I would highly reccomend this restaurant. Read more

The service is as outstanding as the food is...great attention to detail in both areas. The Brisket Pierogi's are DYNAMITE, the... BBQ Brisket Melt and the Churrasco Steak Burger are amazing! Everything on the menu looked tempting but being our first stop bywe ordered what was featured on Diners Drive-Ins and Dives...we were not disappointed! The owner even took a few minutes to putup with me as I told him we saw the episode of the show he was featured in. Read more

*** Huge Selections of Meat & Great Service *** I went to the Butcher Shop Beer Garden for the first time for happy hour. Met... up with some coworkers and we all ordered drinks, appetizers, and a few main course meals. The service was great. I'm not surewhy we only had one waitress to a party of 20+ but nonetheless, Liz was exceptional. The drinks were just okay and nothing toget excited over. They weren't as strong either. The manager Rick or whomever he was seemed to have an attitude when we firstgot there. Not sure what that was about. The overall vibe and ambiance of the Butcher Shop is nothing to write home about. Thefood was good and the parking garage across the street was $5. 50/50 with this Recommendation. 3 - Stars! Read more

We stopped here last month for HH. At the entrance you are greeted by a big cow that seems to be guarding the meat and their... homemade sausages that are also being sold there; and then, when you proceed to your table you immediately get the feeling thatyou are in an indoor real German Biergarten! (There are also two outdoor patios). They have a good beer selection, and a veryattentive and friendly staff that will offer you small testing if you are undecided on what beer to try. Regarding their food,we only tried their pork sliders and beef bratwurst, which were both very good but we will certainly go back (hopefully soon!)for dinner. Parking may be a bit difficult to find.
