This is the only location in the area to have fresh food. I drive past two other locations to get to this location.
Management needs to pay attention to who they are hiring. Orders are always wrong, food is cold, staff are not properly trained.... This is every time I visit this location. Staff gets upset with the customers all the time because they don't speak orunderstand English. I think someone should be calling corporate at this point. I also overpaid for my food. Read more
1 Star because the shake machine has been down for months. My suggestion would be to get a new one or please fix it for good. My... family lives very close by and some nights we would like to treat ourselves with a Burger King Shake. We are always disappointedwhen we are told "it's not working". August 1, update. Ordered over $40 in food for a quick snack for the family. They messed up the whole order, added mayo to my meal and I'm... highly allergic. So can't eat it. Can't get someone to pick up the phone, left a voice mail. This is insane. People therehelping didn't speak English and i don't speak Spanish. This BK... doesn't use gloves. Saw a chick use a ladder to put a bowl up, then straight back into drive through orders.. also... had a good 3 minutes before even being acknowledged. But, hey, maybe I'm behind times. Read more
I use to come everyday for lunch the service now sucks horrible food !! I worked in fast food along time definitely would close... this place down. No gloves eating ice cram while customers at window these kids would work correctly if management was trainedcorrectly very poor management ???? The food I ordered here was horrible. The patties on the Whopper was still rare and the French fries was very old.
