I got my fries very cold and they charge me $5 more than usually The place was not clean at all

Rude attitude and despite being able to order at the kiosk at 8:20 in the am, once I got to the counter it took them 5-7 min to... finally stop there private conversation to tell me they were closed . This ?Burger King ? is located in a Florida turnpike plaza. I had the bacon king ???? burger. It was very tasty. A large burger... with lots of bacon ????. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Horrible service. Ordered 2 combo meals . Both were wrong. Sent them back. Still wrong. Ate anyways, no time. Meat was cold.... Every travel plaza on turnpike, same exact restaurants to choose from and very over priced. As truck drivers husband and I arelooking at getting a freezer to cook our own meals. Awful customer service and terrible customer assistance. I went inside to get 2 kids meals for my children because they decided... to play with toys on our way to Disney. After I received the order and we sit to eat, I realized that toys are not inside theirmeals. When I went back to the counter to ask thinking that maybe they forgot to pit the toys in, I got the worst answer withthe worst behavior and attitude that the toys are gone and they cannot give nothing to the kids.
