Customer in line at register changed their order and store rep angrily threw the order in the trash. I didn't hear the original... order, just the aftermath, but anyone with kids knows they can change what they want and Auntie Anne's is geared towards kids. The customer hadn't even touched the food yet so it wasn't contaminated and could have been served to someone else. Either wayit was pretty rude service in front of paying customers. Read more

Placed my order in the mobile app and everything went right, however, I tried to make several phone calls to check the exact... location since the app is not accurate and no one answered the phone. When I got to the place they gave me the wrong order. Iunderstand that mistakes might happen, but management should pay more attention to update the phone and location and avoidcustomers losing time trying to call to verify the exact location of the store. Poor basic management skills ! Read more

Terrible customer service. Got double charged. Lady didn't care. Wouldn't give a reciept. One order of cinnamon bites should not... cost 14$. Won't be returning. Read more

Horrible, horrible, horrible!!! We went school shopping today and wanted to bring back something for our son who loves the... cinnamon sugar nuggets. It turns out that we got a cup of cinnamon sugar (literally) and a few nuggets in the cup. We onlyrealized this when we got home and our son kept on saying that he doesn't want to eat sugar. When we checked to see what waswrong that's when we realized that he was really telling the truth. The other 2 cups of sweet almond nuggets that we got werestale and undercooked. I have been a customer since my high school days in the 90's and have never experienced this!! Read more

Went to the Palm Beach Outlet location in West Palm Beach with my wife to redeem the Pretzel Day offer and get some pretzel... bites to go. Funny thing was we waited for 15 minutes in a line that was growing longer and longer. Mind you there was another40 minutes before the store closed when we got in line. Only 4 people are allowed in and it is a small lobby, so we couldn?t seewhat was going on until at the door. One young gentleman was standing behind another young girl, his sole job I guess was tograb 1 of the only 3 or 4 items left in the Auntie Anne?s side of the case (Cinnabon is in the same location too). We were toldit was only the 2 large cups of pretzel bites left. The location ran out of pretzels. I questioned him as it?s funny that theycan make pretzel bites to sell customers and package them, but they can?t make pretzels. I guess it?s a great scam to getcustomers in the store. The funny thing is that it hurts both businesses as it limits sales. As we walked out we told others inline how limited the selection was, which the line was about 20 more people and half walked away!!! We also didn?t buy thepretzel bites as I thought it was crazy that employees were literally standing around doing nothing, while customers are beingtold that there is no product to sell. Being realistic, and I am a small business owner and have owned a franchised restaurant,it is very unrealistic that the shelf stable ingredients that are used to make a pretzel were all gone. To me it was more likelythat the employees were either too lazy to make more and wanted to stand around, or they decided to not give away the free item, which would be very dishonest trying to not give the free item and have people just pay for the same item in bite sizes.Honestly if there was a shortage and I was the franchisee, I would have just broke the bites down to small sizes and apologizedto customers and offered it or some type of written voucher or in the previous franchise I owned, I would Read more

I ordered a small cinnnabon. I was given the one with the least frosting on the tray. I brought this up and worker said all are... frosted equally. Again I pointed out that my was barely covered. I was told $0.99 to add more. Wow what a weird experience here. Read more
