Didn't answer drive-thru speaker at 905 pm on Sat. Oct 8th. Waited over 8 minutes three and then continued to be ignored when... pulled to drive thru window as I saw people inside and honked my horn. Went across the street to Chili's instead. Much bettermove! Read more
Today something terrible happened when I was waiting for my order. I want the owners of the restaurant to see this because what... I seen was unacceptable behavior from a manager or supervisor. I always order from here bc it?s close to my house but aftertoday I won?t support arbys if this what they allow. So while I was waiting the manager was yelling and cursing loudly at theemployee while there were at least five customers in the lobby. after she was done yelling and cursing she went to the back andcontinue to yell as if she didn?t care about the paying customers in the lobby. There was one girl with braids in her hair atthe register she was very nice and helpful they seemed to be understaffed so I didn?t complain but I felt horrible about what Iwitnessed also the manager never apologized to the customers or employees for behaving that way. There is no way that this Arby?s has this many positive reviews. There is no way any Arby?s has this many positive reviews but... there?s absolutely no way this particular garbage restaurant has even one legitimate five star review. I?ve had the misfortuneof trying to eat there two times and both times because of their incompetence I had to leave without any food. don?t eat it anyArby?s but especially don?t eat at this one. Showed up about 7:30pm after the rush. I must have gotten the short cuts ppl use to survive the rush because this is easily the... grossest meal I've ever gotten from Arby's. Fries were super hard like they were sitting around for days. Beef & cheddar wassuper dry with barely any cheddar. Went to location so others could grab Boston Market. Thanks for being so nice! Seriously the woman at the drive thru was really nice and even offered to add the liquid cheese to my... sandwich after I ordered it and was at the window to pay because she could tell I wanted it but got flustered at the window anddidn't ask for it. I dont like the bun that they use for the beef and cheddar. It's messy looking in the pic but that's just howit is. Dip a fry in it, good to go ???? thanks for being awesome Read more
If I could give them 0 stars I would! Food was super cold, the burger was disgusting no flavor at all , was super bland. Fries... tasted like the were refried. They forgot several items from our order. Overall we spent $57 for nothing because the food wasworthless. Read more
