It was an interesting experience. The restaurant was quaint and we were greeted by the youthful staff. They were kind which was... a plus, but that?s not what my review is about. Let?s talk about the food: First off, we had bread. The garlic rolls weredelicious but they were soggy, Oily, and too chewy, They were practically impossible to pull apart! Next up was salads. Thesalads were plain and mid. I got tired of the flavors easily and couldn?t finish it. Now for the main course. We wanted to trythe gnocchis and were disappointed, the sauce was okay and the gnocchi was very hard and chewy, did not seem like it was madewith potatoes and it didn?t seem home made. Lack of flavors but it was still eatable. It was fine, Not good. Not bad. Theservice was really good and friendly. they were very accommodating and I loved the staff! The service is really great it's nice that you can order wine by the glass but the food is just okay, I guess as expected... since it really is a pizzeria and not quite a restaurant. free garlic knots for an appetizer was a great surprise. The Littleneck's and the clams oreganata were too small to even taste. lobster ravioli is definitely not in a brandy sauce but more likea tomato sauce with a little touch of cream I wish they had the tentacles in their fried calamari. Good news! Fortissimo?s is now fully open for inside dining & service. This means they are bringing back their reasonably priced... gourmet lunch specials. Ask for Alexis for your table service & for a fantastic dining experience. Alexis is one of the mostconsiderate & conscientious customer service professionals I?ve ever met. She has an amazing memory & can remember a detailedtable guest order of 7 people all at once. She also remembers if you had any special preferences when you ordered from aprevious time at the restaurant. Alexis set me up with a nice hot meatball calzone baked to perfection. Food is usually great and people friendly but this time there was a young man at the register who had no idea what he was doing.... He gave us a choice of 6 soups when they only had 1. Told us 15 minutes for takeout but it took 35. Soup and grilled chicken onsalad got cold while it sat for almost a half an hour, waiting for a personal pizza. Read more

Ordered here once before. The food is just fine - not great. Ordered online tonight and waited over an hour. When I picked it... up, the order was wrong (personal pie instead of large pie.) I couldn?t wait any longer to have the large pie made and asked fora refund. Turned out they only refunded me for half of what I originally paid. Glad I checked the receipt. $3.75 for a Speciality Slice is higher side of Slices, but they deliver with a fantastic tasting Margherita Slice. This was the... perfect blend of sauce, cheese and crust with each bite. The slice was so good. Loved how you got a burst of sauce each time.Parking here is very tight and chaotic. The front of tbe Pizzeria can get crazy as well with many customers waiting in one spot.But, it was all worth it. Great Job. Read more
