Always gets my order right and are super nice I love it
Every single time I visit (bc it?s near my house) the manager seems to have a problem and attitude with me and other customers... in the store. The manager always seems miserable there and doesn?t really seem to care about the customers that come in. Anothertime a cashier named Danny was making food with out any gloves on. When another customer and I complained about it he seemed tonot care and walked away leaving it to another employee to make the food . When I had asked for their manager , he ?was notthere? . I had asked for corporates number and for some reason they had no idea what the number was or even a card with theirnumber. Idk how this store has been running with the staff that it has. I go to this Dunkin for my convenience that it?s aroundthe corner from my house but the attitude that I get from the staff and management is ridiculous. Kind of disappointed in this DD. I?ve came in multiple times throughout the week just for them to let me know that they don?t... have ?milk? or other alternative thing that doesn?t make me wanna come to this DD! Management please be aware of this situation. Read more

Worst Dunkin you can ever walk into. They always make the order wrong and will definitely not give you any promos that are... going on. Their line is ?Oh you have to have the app (which I do). Scans my app but charges me full price every single time.They have a nasty attitude as well. Oh I forgot to mention they don?t have ice when you order an iced coffee ????. I just decided to go here after work which was around 6pm and once I went inside there were completely no donuts, breads, or... anything on the shelves and every time I asked if they had something the guy behind register would say no to me rudely so I justassumed maybe they were closing soon. Once I get home I check and see that they are literally open till 10pm this location hasalways been trash but lately it?s been TERRIBLE honestly should just get shut down at this point? Read more
This morning I arrived at this Dunkin Location around 7:45 am. I asked for two bagels toasted with cream cheese. A strawberry... donut, an apple crumb donut, a large French vanilla coffee light and sweet, and a small hot chocolate. My total was $13.41. Theyoung lady at the register was kind and went to ask the person making the bagels if they could toast my bagel with butter sothat the bagel would not be burnt. I did ask for my receipt but the cashier had thrown it away. I purposely bypassed theDunkin? Donuts on the corner of my street at 529 Main Street to come to this one at 382 main st because the other oneconsistently messes up my order. When I got to the car my bagel was perfect and my coffee and hot chocolate were also perfect.Then I realized I left without my donuts. No worries, I go back inside to get my donuts. When I get inside the store is nowcrowded. There?s one person in line in front of me, who is indecisive. I asked her can I just tell the cashier what I need Ialready ordered and paid. The cashier was now a man who was very rude and disrespectful. He continued to argue with me forminutes and didn?t know what to do when I told him the previous cashier threw away my receipt. I told him I didn?t have a lot oftime just ask her i already paid repeated my entire order showed the credit card I paid with and told him my total. Once theyoung lady confirmed he continued to stare at me and not pass me the donuts that I asked for. Instead he waited until the younglady who was making several coffees for several people was done filling beverages for the morning rush to pass me my donuts.This man purposely made me wait longer because he didn?t like the fact that the lady in front me said I could go in front ofher. All he had to do was pass me my donuts instead of arguing with a customer. This was the absolute worse experience I haveever had at any establishment and will never go back to this Dunkin again. Very dirty counters they don?t have or sell anything to do with pumpkin. They don?t have pumpkin donuts or pumpkin muffins the... counters are filthy. Very disappointed! Read more
