This is my favorite Dunkin? in the area. I absolutely love Angel, she always does a great job and the staff is friendly. I don?t... recommend coming here in the 20 - 40 minutes before school starts since that?s when it is most busy, but other than that, Ihaven?t had unreasonable waits here. Was walking by and I wanted to stop by and get a drink but was unable to order anything because all i carried was cash and you... can only order from the app. All this happening because you want to save on employees. Don?t think its the right way. will notbe coming here again . Don?t walk inalso After your response im also responding that i asked your employees where can i orderand did not say one word just pointed to your kiosk when i clearly ask what if i have cash and still looked at me like im crazy.Very unprofessional as we can all see the way you respond to customers. Excited about pumpkin everything and a little disappointed when they ran out of pumpkin donuts. Oh well. So I order my other... favorite chocolate glazed & Boston creme. To my surprise I received all Plain glazed stale donuts. My teenage son picked up mymobile order so I called the store to advise I received wrong donuts and to my surprise the gentleman who answered my call,Wayne I believe, was beyond rude. I understand mistakes happen but just cancel or refund the order right? WRONG. Maybe he had arough day but customer service is important when dealing with the public. Read more
Horrible service. The lady in the morning (I guess she?s the manager) is extremely rude. Order was prepared wrong and she... continuously argued with me that it was correct. I never knew food was supposed to be served frozen. Obviously it was correctedbut with a huge attitude. I?ve seen others have had bad experiences here with her, so I am not surprised. Never again. I normally use the drive thru and it's great. The staff are professional and try to get everyone through the line as quickly as... possible. I love this Dunkin? Donuts Location! I go out of my way to come Here because the staff Is amazing ????, kind and my kids know... them by name. Angel and Leah are always so kind to remember my order. They start my day with a smile and my favorite beverage. I highly recommend ! Read more
Always a bad experience at this location. They have the longest wait time no matter which day and what time. They got my order... wrong. When i pointed it out, they asked me what my order was. Thought they got it right the second time but they missed 2 itemsin my order. Asked them again and they gave me another bag. This time they left out one of the items again. The attitude wasreally bad. No apology for messing up 3 times on the same order. I will drive far if need but never at this location again. Itried their Sourdough sandwich and it was nothing like the pics. Just 2 slices of bread with egg thrown in, no toasting oranything. Read more
